The paint has a beautiful shine, with minor imperfections barely noticeable, and the chrome and brightwork present well, with only light aging. Power comes from a 312 CID Y-Block V8 topped with an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor, paired to a 3-speed manual transmission. It starts easily and runs well, offering smooth, confident performance you expect from a 50s Mercury. The interior maintains a mostly original appearance with a couple of modern touches. Its in good condition overall, though a few small items may need sourcing if the next owner wants it fully complete. The cabin still captures the unmistakable spirit of 1956. This Montclair comes equipped with p. steering, p. brakes, p. windows, heat, and a Sun oil pressure gauge. The original AM and modern stereo are inop.
