Total chassis miles = approx. 78,152 Odometer reading and not tampered with, running. Car has had blueprint engine rebuild, 751 miles since last restoration.
Originally Desert Sand color with White Tops. Changed to Red body with original white top(s).
Auto has never been wrecked. Body part replacement due to Ohio winter road salt body rust. Both front fenders and one rear quarter panel body parts replaced with Original Ford parts
White porthole featured hard-top with white headliner.
Major restoration performed at 77,401 miles.
This car had 77k chassis miles when the stock 312 cubic inch, 225 horsepower, Y-8 Police Interceptor engine, with four-barrel carburetor was completely rebuilt. Engine was pulled, completely rebuilt and balanced. See Invoice.
Automatic transmission was removed, benched, cleaned, inspected and tuned. (Replaced rear leather seal will leak until vehicle is driven to lubricate and swell leather seal. Do not replace out of hand).
Radiator removed, boiled and restored.
Power steering, Power brakes (rebuilt at 77,401) , Power seats, Power windows.
Adjustable telescoping steering wheel.
Town and Country automatic tracking radio.
Replaced white convertible top that has never been used since.
Black and white interior.
Fender skirts.
Additional, included, five (5) optional deluxe wire wheel covers and associated half hubcaps all need to be restored and a worthy investment.
Second spare tire and original jack and tire iron.
Minor, reversible modifications to facilitate anti-theft and storage maintenance; Electric fuel pump, hidden electric fuel pump switch under dash, left side, manual choke disguised in dash fresh air control (full left position = full choke) and the temporary setting of a vacuum gauge in place of the dash clock (clock stored for later reinstallation) to monitor storage start ups and engine check outs. Original equipment mechanical fuel pump and clock easily reinstalled and restored to function.
Miscellaneous extra parts, and yet to be installed replacement elements such as door window glass, and original equipment car antenna.
Miscellaneous soft top weather stripping, manuals, parts micro-fiche film and numerous catalogs.
This auto has been in the family since 1958. Currently, it is a project driver not a show car. It was intended to be enjoyed as a driver, not stored away as it has been. It needs to be finished. Internal body restoration modifications were conducted understanding some of the original inherent design flaws causing rust out from the inner body cavities. Left and right cab fresh air ducts were removed but are replaceable. Most items are reversible for the purist.

New tires installed, and valves, and 4 brake cylinders and master break (bleeding), fuel pump, distributor cap, resistor coil and repaired carburetor.
