Classic Car Overview

This 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad was the subject of a custom build that was completed in 2022 before being purchased by the seller in 2023. The build included the installation of a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 along with a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a Currie 9 rear end. The body is painted in charcoal gray and pale yellow, and the interior was customized with brown leather upholstery, a fabricated center console, square-weave carpeting, Vintage Air climate control, and Classic Instruments gauges. Additional modifications include tubular front control arms, adjustable front coilovers, Wilwood disc brakes, 17 and 18 Coys wheels, coated exhaust headers, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. This modified Nomad is now offered with a clean Florida title in the sellers name. No windshield wipers are installed, and the seller notes a crack in the paint at the base of the pillar behind the drivers door window.

The 17 front and 18 rear Coys alloy wheels are wrapped in 235/45 and 275/40 Sumitomo HTRZ tires. Tubular control arms and adjustable coilovers are installed up front, and portions of the frame are boxed. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes with a Wilwood master cylinder and calipers. The 17 front and 18 rear Coys alloy wheels are wrapped in 235/45 and 275/40 Sumitomo HTRZ tires.
