It is powered by a rebuilt 350ci V8 rated at approximately 300 horsepower, equipped with a Performer intake, Edelbrock carburetor, HEI ignition, and Dougs stainless headers, offering strong performance with reliable drivability. The car retains almost all of its original paint, along with its original seat covers, door panels, dash, and dash moldings, preserving its authentic mid-1950s character. The stainless trim is excellent, the rear bumpers and gravel guards have been re-chromed, and a new windshield with gasket has been installed. The trunk is described as mint, complete with a new trunk mat, original spare tire, and jack wrench. Doors close solidly, just as they did in 1956. Additional updates include a rebuilt alternator, rebuilt wiper motor, and new American Torq Thrust style wheels wrapped in new staggered tires, giving the car a tasteful stance while maintaining classic appeal.
