1956 Cadillac Eldorado Coupe

Auto Trader limits the number of pictures to 100. I've added a video of well over 100 still pics to music, enjoy!. The car is a Cadillac Eldorado Seville 1 of 3,900. I've had the car two + years and it runs and drives like a new 1956 Caddy. The engine and trans are original, 365 cu in, 2 Carter four barrel carbs, 4 speed automatic and makes 305 hp. PS & PB with updated Master Cylinder, mini electric fuel pump and six way power seat. Painted Alpine White with it original Vicodec top with red and white leather interior. The odometer shows 73,457 (not connected) and I've put approx. 4,408 miles on it in the past two years with 517 miles in 2026. I keep a record of all my trips.
The entire suspension was original and was replaced as soon as I got the car including: new HD springs, shocks, front end, steering box, sway bar, new Corker tires on 5 Sabre wheels and new stainless dual exhaust (I have all receipts). Additional changes- new distributor cap, plugs, wires, water pump, new gas gauge & sending unit, GPS speedometer, power steering hose, oil line and passenger side mirror. The rust free chassis was scraped to bear metal and treated with Eastwood rust encapsulator. The car was repainted once under prior ownership. The paint looks great and the chrome is very good to excellent.
The car has factory AC, and while all the plumbing is in place, the temp control unit is broken. All lights, antenna, spot light, pwr windows, all four cigarette lighters and four blower vent motors all work. The radio gets static and the clock is disconnected. The front seat was redone and the back seat is original and shows it's character. Rugs, mats, dash pad etc are all in excellent shape, the headliner has a couple of holes behind the driver side visor. The wipers are not connected but the car has never seen the rain since I've owned it so that upgrade was not a high priority.
