1955 Chevrolet Bel Air

55 Chevy two door post bell air project. Original color was two tone black on top with white bottom. It has been in my family since the 80s. This car has been in the Southwest most of its life and has been in a garage since 1995. The body is in very good shape with only a few small areas of rust around the passenger side rocker. The passenger side door was reskinned and the quarter panel in front of the passenger side rear fender well was also reskinned. Floor pans and fire wall and trunk are all solid.
It was a gasser in the past and ran at drag strips in Arizona in the 80s. Now it has an Art Morrison chassis with C-4 corvette suspension front and rear set up for air bags or coil overs. The frame was professionally jig welded and the trans tunnel frame parts are included but not welded in for proper trans placement with any engine. A new body mount set, and complete rubber kit is included. The internal and lateral body mounts are also not welded in. 4 QA1 coil overs and 1 QA1 adjustable coil over included. A new urethane bushing set for the corvette front and rear end is included. Comes with OEM C4 corvette magnesium wheels with new BF Goodrich G-force tires. Comes with a Muncie 4 speed trans, front and rear bumpers and Bellair stainless, front and back glass. The car is in primer gray now. Comes with boxes of original parts including lights front and rear, grill, trim, dash cluster and trim, hood ornament, nuts and bolts.

The car title from 1985 was lost. Attempted to get from the original AZ DMV but they didnt have records going back that far. I do have an inspection report from Nevada DMV showing a clean VIN #. Told by Nevada DMV that to get a new title all that needs to be done is make the car road worthy and pass an inspection.

No engine. No interior.

This is a great start to a nice project.
