1955 Chevrolet Bel Air

55 Bel Air SS project that I have spent lots of time and money on, and just running out of time and getting too old to finish it. The pics in the red/ivory scheme is the car when we first bought it. We put our trust in a local shop and the sheet metal work was sub par, the body pics here are of that part of the build.
We pulled the car out of the shop that wasted our time and a whole lot of our money. It was taken to a nationally known builder and the body was stripped and all of the sheet metal issues taken care of. The car is back in primer except for the frame and engine block which are still in the maroon color, so this is when we decided to pause and just cut our losses. The pics at the bottom of the photos are of the car after the redoing of the body work and also a couple of short videos around the car. The only thing left to do around the new quarters is to put lead in the seams to finish it out. We do have the electric fuel door kit in the left rear tail light if you want to delete the fuel door access on the left quarter. Prior to redoing the body work, all of the engine parts and components were boxed up.
