For the people that want to know everything:
I did not do frame-off restoration - It looks clean underneath but not a frame off.
Solid floors
Paint it is at 8.5-9.0 very nice not perfect
Have new emergency brake system comes with car but not installed.
Has heater parts included with the new VintageAir system but heater is not hooked up.
Wipers are for show only.
Trim polished straight with no dents

Replaced anything everything that was not up to my standards which are pretty high.

No leaks - Not a Single Drop (can't stand oil leaks)
