1954 Packard Pacific

1954 Packard was a window display car at a dealership located in Deland, FL. When the dealership closed shortly after, a local family acquired the car and used it as their special occasion driver on fair weather days. When they passed away, it was passed down to a close family friend who was also in Deland and they had the car professionally repainted there in 1993 and the chrome redone. The engine bay was also refurbished. It is otherwise an unrestored original car that still has all of the factory original interior (carpet, dash, upholstery, etc) and now shows 40k actual miles on the odometer. The car still runs and drives just about like a new one. Just about looks like a new one too! One of the nicest examples of this model youd hope to find. The transmission shifts well/smooth at all speeds and the car keeps up at highway speed better than average for this year of car. Doors open and close nicely with a thud. No extra play in the steering, no noises, no leaks, or anything of that sort. VERY easy to steer and stop. The 12 conversion is also a big plus! In addition, a small AM/FM/Bluetooth radio was added under the dash and the wipers were converted to electric. Full service with new fluids just completed. Should win a trophy at nearly every show you go!
