This 2 owner 1954 Ford Custom line 2 door post is a beautiful example of a mid-50s ford that evolved into a stunning street rod. The total rebuild in 2013 was carefully thought out and executed on a unmolested exterior. And was sprayed Lexus Barcelona red pearl and is beautiful
The interior has been re-upholstered in black and red high grade vinyl with power bucket seats from a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe
All components are stunning including the custom console.
Vintage dash made with classic style gauges that work like everything else.
Comfort features includes Vintage Air A/C, power tinted windows with vent windows removed and tilt wheel.
Horsepower is provided by a 1972 ford 351 Cleveland that was built by Parks-Nash-engines in Monroe North Carolina.
This 351 Cleveland HO has the same specs as the earlier 351 Cleveland Cobra Jet with 4 bolt mains 9-1 compression and open chamber heads. As part of the build the factory hydraulic cam was modestly re-ground with a 4.80--4.88 lift with 270-290 duration to add a little more punch.
A C6 automatic with Lincoln Versailles DISC BRAKE differential with a new 3rd member from Speedway motors with the latest Posi -Trac design from Richmond with 3 to 1 ratio. Also you have Aldan four corner adjustable coil over shocks.
Equipped with power steering, brakes, and Stainless steel Multi-link rear stabilizer bars. Very clean undercarriage as well with no rust. A very solid unit. A real road car. And cruises effortlessly at 70 mph.
This a wonderful car and a great value for the build. A clear title is in my possession.
