This stunning 1953 Ford Mainline is built with no expense spared and is fully customized to street rod status! It has been meticulously built and maintained with the highest amount of care. It is packing a professionally built 350ci V8 with cam, electric ignition, 368 Lincoln valve covers, and Eldelbrock Tri-Power aluminum intake set up with Rochester carbs with progressive linkage. It is paired to a built 700R4 4 speed with overdrive transmission and A Ford 9in rear axle with posi trac. This 53 comes equipped with Bergeson power steering, Wilwood power disc brakes, Southern Air A/C system, Sanderson ceramic coated headers, Patriot functional side pipes, dual exhaust with crossover pipe, Flowmaster stainless mufflers, Cooper tires, American Racing polished wheels, Lokar shifter, custom dash with Dolphin gauges, Ididit tilt steering column, LeCarra leather wrapped steering wheel, Pioneer sound system with Kicker speakers and a 4 screen monitor for both side and back up cameras, fully customized interior including finished trunk with several hidden storage compartments, shaved door handles and trunk with electric remote poppers, battery relocated to the rear, and a custom made upholstered center console. This is a true custom street rod and so much has been done. The headlights are frenched and updated with daytime running style headlights. The turn signals are from a 1956 Buick and have Beehive style lenses. The grille is from a 1954 Kaiser Manhattan that has been inverted, and the front end has been customized to fit the grille. The nosed hood has a total of 96 louvers and the hood corners have been rounded. The side trim is from a 1956 Buick and ends in custom scoops. All door handles have been shaved and have Spal remote openers. The trunk is an auto lift decked trunk lid. The 1954 Oldsmobile taillights are frenched in and the paint is a DuPont base/clear. Every receipt has been kept, every part is documented with part numbers, and additional manuals and documents will come with the sale.
