1953 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible
Convertible Car for sale in Blanco, Texas 78606
The 1967 Corvette is considered the most-loved Corvette ever produced. The combination of classic C2 styling, along with an incredible array of powertrain and comfort options, makes it one of the most desirable Corvettes ever. Not bad for a car that was never supposed to be made!
The ZR-1's production run from 1990-95 was one of the most exciting times for Corvette enthusiasts in recent memory. In the mid-1980s, rumors of a "King of the Hill" Corvette began to leak out of Detroit and into America's speed shops and dealerships.

Classic Car Overview
1953 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible $60,000
This car came from the factory White on White with the Burnt Orange interior, this was a rare factory production and the correct color combination to honor the 1953 Commemorative Corvette, although a couple hundred produced this color combination from the factory is very rare and is the correct collector car combination.
Advanced Automotive Technologies (AAT), obtained the rights from GM in 2003 to produce a limited-edition of the 1953 Corvette. This Commemorative Edition is based on a C5 generation Corvette Convertible (1998-2004), and modified to capture the classic styling of the original Corvette. Using a 2001 C5 chassis and drivetrain, AAT fit new front and rear fenders, hood, deck lid, headlights, taillights, bumpers and trim, blending together the style for the 1953 Commemorative Editions. This Corvette is one of the last ones built in April of 2013. Only 200 were produced and no more will be made.
This 6 speed convertible has the original Polo White with the Orange/Red color interior. It comes equipped with all of the normal AAT 1953 CE features. Performance upgrade with a Throaty Borla exhaust system. Bose speakers, Theftlock, brand new tires and tinted windows. The 2001 base car had one owner and was purchased in 2012 with only 27,316 miles. The current owner has only put on 2,679 miles in the five years since the car was built and owned in April of 2013.
"Something everyone asks for but car makers rarely deliver, a genuine show car you can park in your own garage." --Corvette Magazine
