1952 Ford Customline
Coupe Car for sale in Eugene, Oregon 97405
From around 1956 until the mid 1980s, Dodge, Plymouth and even Chrysler squads were the most ubiquitous police cars in North America. In fact, the biggest department, the NYPD, used Plymouth and Dodge squads almost exclusively until the rear-drive M body car was finally axed in 1989.
The no-frills Savoy two-door sedan was home to another engine of considerable repute, the infamous 413 Max Wedge, a Super Stock monster block Chrysler introduced in the spring of 1962.

Classic Car Overview
1952 Ford Customline $12,500
1952 Ford Customline for sale. All the leather and paint is original, and in good condition. This model came standard with a 239 CID (3.9L) Flathead V8 and a three speed manual transmission known as three in the tree for being attached to the steering column. In this model it comes with a overdrive transmission that Ford had offered that year. I got this car from my grandfather who bought it a few years back from the original owner, it has been garage kept its whole life and has very minimal rust. Great condition. The electrical wires were redone about 2 years ago and a new battery this April, it has been regularly serviced by Steinhauer automotive in Junction City since my grandpa bought it. The only downsides to this car is that the paint on the dash is starting to chip around the convex surface of the knobs, also there is a small dent in the passengers side rear fender, my grandpa and I both were unsure where it came from. When he bought it the radio still worked but quit after about a year of driving it, lastly the glass clock face in the center of the dash is cracked. Besides that, it is a wonderful car that drives an shifts very smooth, just like you would imagine it coming off of the show room floor back in 52'. Everything except the thermostat is original. Asking 12,500 OBO.
