This magnificent Mercury is finished in a drop dead gorgeous Emerald Green Metallic paint, which gives a very rich look to the sexy lines these Lead Sleds are known for. Wide white wall radial tires wrap steel wheels with chrome center caps and beauty rings. Fender skirts, an unchopped roof, and windshield visor finish off the exterior of this show ready Mercury. The interior is as clean as they come with custom Green and Tan ultraleather upholstery with hand painted faux wood trim. On the dash you will see the Vintage Air A/C controls, an AM/FM/Bluetooth radio, and the AirRide controller. The install is very clean and minimalistic as to not detract from the original beauty of the 1950 Mercury interior. The steering wheel features a green almost holographic Mercury Man in the center cap, and matching green on the steering wheel and handle of the column shifter. This Mercury also has a push button start for a nice modern touch. This sleek Mercury is powered by a powerful Cadillac 472 CID V8 engine bored .030 over with a mild Comp Cams camshaft installed. The shifting is handled by a GM TH400 automatic transmission. Power front disc brakes, power steering, A/C, and AirRide on all 4 corners make this a dream to cruise. Hit the road with a stock stance and slam it down low once you get to your destination. Under the hood is show ready with a super clean engine compartment where the 472 is the star of the show. The valve covers and Cadillac air cleaner are painted to match the exterior of the car, while the inner fenders are the same beige of the interior and steel wheels. Everything on this car ties together beautifully. A Be Cool aluminum radiator looks great and keeps this big block cool!
