Just out of a private collection, GR Auto Gallery is excited to offer this stunning, 1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe 2 door sedan to the world market. The car has been the recipient of a highly detailed restoration to original specifications and is finished in factory correct Bolivia Green exterior paint. The Chrome and stainless steel trim has all be restored and it rides on its original 15 inch black steel wheels with chrome Plymouth hubcaps wrapped with P215/75/R15 whitewall tires.





The interior is gorgeous in all aspects featuring original style multi color plaid upholstery with matching door panels, beautiful wood grain dash with chrome trim, chrome dash insert, chrome control knobs, original AM radio, original restored steering wheel and correct green loop carpeting throughout. Dynamat has been installed under all upholstered surfaces including trunk and headliner.





The car is powered by its 218 flathead inline 6-cylinder engine, 3 speed column shift transmission and rear wheel drive. All mechanicals have been addressed, rebuilt / refurbished accordingly with all correct components.. The trunk area has been fully restored including the spare wheel, tire and jack assembly and under the hood has been fully detailed with all correct componentry with the exception of an upgraded stainless steel radiator. Mechanically, this Plymouth Special Deluxe is spot on. Starts, runs, operates and drives excellent.
