Classic Car Overview
Rare, 3 passenger Chrysler New Yorker Business coupe. Only 699 made and only a handful of survivors remain. Runs very well and has a freshly tuned L8 straight eight engine that has been recently tuned up and serviced. Rebuilt carb and fuel pump flushed fuel lines, new brakes, front wheel bearings, new plugs, wires, points, coil and rotor, and new 6 volt battery. It has a fluid drive 4 speed transmission that has new fluids. Highlander pattern seat and door cards have been redone. Tires are old, bias plys, but hold air, but not road worthy. It has a new spare tire. Speedometer, radio and fuel gauge do not work and there is a hairline crack on pass window glass. Older paint with minor blemishes but has no rust or rot. Frame, floorpans and trunk are solid. Car comes with a period correct sunvisor or shield and front bumper guards and new door sills.
