AWARD WINNING 1947 Ford Woody RESTOMOD. Most restorers and collectors know that a Woody or Woodie (spelled both ways) is one of the most expensive and time-consuming vehicles to restore, especially to show quality standards. The exterior and interior woodwork throughout is spectacular on this wagon.

Titled as a 1947, but has 1946 trim. Car only has 470 miles, since full body off rotisserie restoration. Actual mileage unknown. Car is virtually brand new inside and out with higher quality than Ford produced on the production line. 4-year professional build by Griffin Rod and Customs (Boise). All new maple wood trim with cedar inserts by Mark Miller. Dash was hand wood grained in dark Burl Walnut by legendary painter Roger Allen. Chrome work is dazzling.

Chevrolet LSI 5.7L crate engine cloned with Coyote Engine covers, so engine appears to be Ford. Chevrolet Performance belt accessory drive kit.

Transmission is a 4L60E 4 speed overdrive transmission built by Mad Dog Transmissions. Maverick rear-end using Chassis Engineering components.

TCI Independent front suspension with power rack and pinion steering. Power brakes with front discs and rear drums.

Billet Specialty Legacy wheels with knock offs. 16X7 front and 17X8 rear. Yokohama radial tires.

All glass is new and tinted. LOKAR throttle pedal and cable.
