Inside, the car features a well-maintained grey cloth interior that reflects the elegance and simplicity of the post-war era.



This classic is powered by the legendary 239 cubic inch Flathead V8 engine, delivering smooth and reliable performance. Its full restoration was meticulously completed in the early 1980s by Benny Bootle, a renowned member of the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA), whose craftsmanship and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the car remains true to its original form.

Ford returned to producing civilian cars with the 1946 model year. To get cars out to consumers as fast as possible Ford made no changes to the chassis or drivetrain of the 1946 model from the 1942 model. Ford redesigned the body but left the rest of the car.
