1941 Cadillac Series 62 four passenger coupe. 346 cubic inch flathead V8 engine paired with a 3-speed manual transmission, commonly referred to as a three on the tree. Very nice cosmetic condition, including a glossy black paint job with minor imperfections typical for a car of this age, abundant chrome detailing, and a well-maintained interior featuring gray cloth upholstery with bench seats. The car rides on wide whitewall radial tires with steel wheels and Cadillac wheel covers. Great looking condition on the door panels, bench seats, headliner, and visors. Front seatbelts have been installed. Mechanically, the car runs smoothly with great throttle response from the flathead V8. Minor mechanical issues are noted: the heater is inoperative, the left wiper housing is loose, the passenger side wiper is non-functional, and the left inner tie rod end shows wear. On the road the cars clutch, shifting, steering, and overall driving feel are impressive. The steering has some slack typical of a vehicle of this vintage. The speedometer and gauges, including oil pressure, battery, and fuel, appear functional. The exhaust sound is consistent and clean, with a smooth ride and road manners.
