This unbelievable 1940 Ford coupe has gone through a professional frame off restoration done by the body shop owner at the time. This is an over-the top restoration with No expense spared on this real steel body Vintage Show-Car. This is not a kit car! It comes equipped with GM Performance Parts. The engine is a Chevy ZZ4 350 with Aluminum Heads pushing 355hp and coupled to an upgraded 700R4 heavy duty automatic transmission with overdrive, a rebuilt Ford 9 heavy duty rear differential with traction lock and a Holley 4BBL.

The paint has a mirror-like shine in Raven Black. All Chrome is gleaming with shine. Bumpers were smoothed meaning no bolts are visible. Amazing attention to detail. The body is perfectly straight. Much detail went into this entire build.. The rear has a split window while the front windshield in one piece. Running board look incredible.

The interior is equipped with custom tan leather bucket seats, custom console with cupholders, billet wipers and a full array of VDO gauges including a 120mph speedo oil, water, voltage meter and fuel are all visible. There is a banjo style three-spoke woodgrain & chrome tilt steering wheel, an upgraded Pioneer AM/FM CD & Satellite radio with a digital sound system, New Ice cold modern Vintage Air Conditioning.

Features also include a Billet dash, modern heat, upgraded power windows, upgraded power disc brakes, upgraded Rack & Pinion power steering, a show ready detailed engine compartment with a classic great looking engine dress-up kit with chrome everywhere. The trunk compartment is show quality and highly detailed. All new chrome and stainless trim really put the shine to this car.

Boyd Coddington 17 & 18 inch wheels with high speed radials, Great sounding dual Flow Master exhaust pipes top off this high end restoration. The engine is a powerful Chevy Aluminum Head Crate engine..
