This 1940 Master Deluxe Coupe has had a full make over with no expense spared. Every nut and bolt has been addressed on this stunning beauty. The coupe has undergone a full frame off restoration, The flawless body and deep black paint was done by George Gray Paint shop. As for the engine and drivetrain it sports a GM ZZ3 350 crate engine with aluminum heads and a 4L60 automatic overdrive transmission, The engine is enhanced by a bowtie intake manifold, Edelbrock performer RPM Carburetor, Zoops pulley and belt system and is cooled by a brass works custom radiator with electric cooling fan. The chassis is upgraded to a Heidts Mustang II front cross member kit with tubular upper control arms & power rack and pinion steering. The power is put to the ground by a 9” Ford rear axle. This coupe is brought to a stop by power 4 wheel disc brakes. The immaculate interior compartment was completely lined with Dynamat sound deadening material before covering the floors with Palomino velour carpets. The glide front seats as well as the door panels are covered with creamy Ivory leather hides. The wood grained dash is equipped with VDO gauges, Vintage air conditioning unit and Sony head unit with Alpine speakers suppling the entertainment. The transmission is shifted by a Lokar floor shifter with a digital indicator displaying the gears. A tilt steering column finishes off the drivers compartment. Other features include a stainless steel fuel tank, aluminized complete exhaust system, Hailbrand 15” sprint wheels with knock off’s and General Touring tires. This street Rod is ready to show or go.
