1939 Mercury Series 99A

1939 Mercury Tudor Ford Motor Company introduced its Mercury line for1939. The medium-priced car fit neatlybasic Ford and the upscale Lincoln. TheMercury 8 featured a slightly larger body than the contemporary 1939 Ford, witha finer interior and a more powerful V-8 engine too. This 1939 mercury coupe underwent a frame-off, nut andbolt concourse restoration. The car is literally like new. Some might argue thecar is better than new. The color is Mercury Blue Opalescent which was abrand-new color in 1939, with a contrasting Mahogany Red leather interior, thecar is incredible. All kinds of provenance and documentation including theearly Ford V-8 club of America judging form where it scored 991 points out of apossible 1000.
