1937 Lincoln Aeromobile Custom Convertible - Custom Built Tribute Vehicle (the original was actually a 1936). This amazing vehicle was customized staring with a 1937 Lincoln Sedan, powered by the original 4.4L gasoline V12. Howard Hughes designed the original for the purpose of chasing and filming his experimental airplanes down the runway. Hughes stated that the average automobile could never reach the proper speeds due to drag from design flaws. His Aeromobile was customized by Hughes' aircraft designers, integrating an airplane-style tapered rear portion, later referred to as a 'Boat Tail'. This is a fully functional, running classic car.
