Classic Car Overview
1936 Chevrolet Standard Model FC 4 door sedan. The Standard Model was the cheapest version offered with 5 lug wheels and a straight front axle instead of the troublesome Knee Action front end. Nice straight body and chassis but missing a lot of parts as a previous owner used it as a parts car. This a Canadian built Chevrolet and has a General Motors Canada cowl tag, but appears to be the same otherwise as it's American counterpart. I have the radiator, grille and grille shell, some really rough running boards , a front seat, and miscellaneous trim parts, but no fenders, bumpers or hood. This is an excellent body and chassis for a restoration or to continue as a parts car for another project
