this redone 1935 Chevrolet 1 -ton gas truck is old-school cool with a whole lotta local history riding on its back. Originally built for real work-not weekend parades-this green tank truck hauled fuel for Tambke Petroleum Company out of Russellville, Missouri. Under the hood? A straight-six paired with a 4-speed manual, just like they built em when trucks were trucks and men didnt need backup cameras. But this rides got more than muscle-its got roots. Herbert Tambke didnt just run the fuel biz-he was Russellvilles first fire chief. His family kept the town protected for over 30 years, and locals used to pay their fire dues by dropping cash at the gas office. Thats small-town service, Missouri-style. This Chevys been redone but still shows off its original character and purpose. No trailer queen here-just a vintage workhorse with a story worth telling.
