1934 Mercedes 500K H.T Price Replica built by The Classic Factory in California. This is by far the rarest and most sought after of the 500K replicas, every H.T Price was factory built and only a few dozen were ever produced. This is a full size replica made after the exact dimensions of an original MB 500K, so not your average kit car but a pretty big recreation. The company closed its doors in the late 80s when the owner passed and all of the equipment and molds for the 500K were sold to Heritage Motorcars in Florida. However, in order to reduce costs Heritage did a full redesign and scrapped some of the nicest and most authentic features of the vehicle including the beautiful windshield, the interior, door handles, steel body molding, etc... Heritage went on to sell many 500K replicas that you can easily find on the market to this day but they don't compare to H.T Price. Completed turn key HT Price 500K cars were sold back in the 80's for $70,000 ..... in 1980 you could have bought 2 homes for the same dollar amount .....
