It has been upgraded for power with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and headers feeding into the side pipes. These are baffles to make sure you get the ideal amount of rumble. There are also good supporting components, like an MSD HEI distributor, a newer starter, a newer alternator, and good belts and hoses. It makes for a strong powerhouse that you fully control with the three-speed manual transmission. Add in a boxed steel chassis, front disc brakes, and a four-link rear with adjustable coilovers, and you have quite a solid hot rod package.
