Chassis - Custom steel chassis with fabrication to accommodate a custom straight axle “hairpin” radius rods andGM differential.Wheels - Front are 15” E/T brand spoke magnesium wheels. Rear wheels are aluminum dish mags that aremedium polished. These are vintage high performance aluminum wheels.Tires - Two front Firestone “100” 4-ply tires and two L 60 x 15 Kelly Springfield tires. Brakes - The vehicle only has rear drum brakes which is traditional for a custom hot rod like this.Front Suspension - Vintage straight axle with transverse leaf spring, no shocks, and no brakes. There are hairpinstyle radius rods that support the lateral movement of the suspension.Rear Suspension - GM differential with transverse leaf spring and gas shocks. Steering - Unknown origin but likely from a Mustang II, Corvair, or small GM car.Transmission - General Motors Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission with floor shift from a Camaro, Nova,or Chevelle.
