All this power is put to the pavement compliments of the Tremec six-speed manual transmission, bullet-proof rear axle, fully modernized suspension system, top-of-the-line Billet Specialties wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport Tires and high-performance Wilwood braking system. I am not sure ... but ... it might well have been the only '35 Chevy Resto-Mod with Air-Ride ever built! Well ... an attorney from south Florida contacted me and stated that he had a equally incredible (and very RARE) 1938 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery Master Resto-Mod that he wanted to trade. It seems that he had 2 young children and wanted a car of the same era ... that ... had a back seat where it could be enjoyed by his whole family. We went back and forth for about a week and we were able to make a deal.THIS CAR IS BEAUTIFUL ...............................And ... Check this out ... after we received the car ... a gentleman from New Jersey contacted us about another vehicle we had offered and stated that a relative of his from here in Florida would be coming to see it for him. He explained that he was a major Car Collector ... and had built his home to contain three of Dale Earnhardt's race cars INSIDE HIS MAN CAVE!WOW .. I was impressed and when he sent us a video of his relative's home ... sure enough, Dale Earnhardt's cars were there ... and ... So was this '38 Chevy Sedan Delivery Master. (see my son's pictures and Video) This car has a "Collector's Pedigree" NOW ... FOR THE REST OF THE STORY .....A little over two months ago, I sold this '38 to a customer from South Florida as the third car he had purchased from me in the last 90 days. He is a terrific guy and a complete CAR FANATIC! At Christmas time he even sent me a picture of his Christmas Tree completely decorated with Model Cars. And ... a week ago I sold him a fourth car from us and took this '38 back in trade!! He said he loved the '38 ... but ... even loved the '36 Master Deluxe Coupe Resto-Mod (we sold him) ... even better. So again ... I can offer you this Incredible Car!It is the short version of the 1938 Sedan Delivery ... which is what makes it so RARE !! In 1938, Chevrolet offered 2 Sedan Delivery vehicles.1. A Sedan Delivery Master (short wheelbase for Families & Business)2. A Sedan Delivery Master Deluxe (long wheelbase for Business)The short wheelbase is the most desired for Hot Rod builds ... but ... they are extremely RARE and only a few are known to exist. Just look at the pictures and Video completed by my son Joshua. This is one incredible Resto-Mod that is excellently engineered and built.******** WE LOVE TO TRADE ********OUR OWNER, STEVE PHELPS, WILL IMMEDIATELY AND PERSONALLY ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALL 7 DAYS A WEEK, 7 AM - 10 PM (EST). 1949 Chevy Deluxe Street RodCall For Price! Contact us: phone: 813-361-5999More Info To Come.RestoredSmall Block Chevy EngineTurbo 350 TransmissionPower SteeringPower BrakesDisk Front BrakesPopper Door OpenersCustom InteriorThe Chevrolet Deluxe was a trim line of Chevrolet automobiles, marketed from 1941 to 1952, and was the volume sales leader for the market during the 1940s. The line included, at first a 4-door sedan, but grew to include a fastback 2-door "aerosedan" and other body styles. The original series ran from 1941 to 1948, after which a new body style was introduced for 1949, running through 1952. During the post-war years and continuing through the early 1950s, the Deluxe range was Chevrolet's sales leader, offering a balance of style and luxury appointments unavailable in the base Special series; and a wider range of body styles, including a convertible, Sport Coupe hardtop (starting in 1950), two- and four-door sedans and four-door station wagons. The exterior sported smooth curves with chrome and stainless trim. The rear bumper had an optional center bumper guard that had to be ratcheted out of the way so the trunk cover could be lifted. Front and rear bumpers had optional chrome "tips", a dress-up item that bolted to the ends of the stock bumper. Although it wasn't a Chevrolet option, a popular after market feature was a large external sunshade that protected the driver from glare off the metal dashboard. The interior had cloth bench seats and a metal dash, sometimes with a simulated burl wood grain. The radio was a simple mono vacuum tube type radio with integrated speaker. On the left side of the radio, there was a knob labeled "T" and it operated the throttle, because during startup, it was hard to press both the starter pedal and the accelerator, while keeping the clutch depressed. On the right side was the choke lever. The clock was integrated into the glove compartment door and was of a manual-wind 7-day type.In 1949, all the Chevrolets got the first new styling after the war. The Deluxe was the brand new upper-end model for Chevrolet. The cheapest Deluxe was the Deluxe Styleline 6-passenger sedan, costing $1,492. Brakes were 11-inch drums. It had full instrumentation. The front suspension had stabilizers.Interested? Contact us: phone: 813-361-5999email: email@example.com

My loss is your gain over $70,000.00 has been put in this Biscayne. It starts with a GM High Output 600+ HP Crate motor, connected to a professionally built RPM stage 5, 4L65E automatic OD transmission. Then a narrowed Dana 60 with a 410 locker and 35 spline Moser Axles that connect to Billet Specialties 15x14 R/T Wheels ET 3.5 and Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R 31x16.00 R15 neatly tucked between the fender wells. The Biscayne rides on a Air Tech tubular suspension with a 4 corner Air Tech Air bag system. This vehicle is not a museum piece I drive it so it has some scratches and wear. With a little polish it can be your show car.

Short Version: 350/TH350 automatic (estimated 10k miles on rebuild), Chassis Engineering Mustang 2 front end, Ford 8” rear. PS, Hydroboost PB, A/C, Cruise, Tilt, USB, Dakota Digital VHX, Poly tank, EFI, new tires and battery, and much more. 3220 lbs and near 50/50 weight distribution. Handles like a slot car. Just passed state inspection. Detailed list of new parts and work performed available upon request. See below for real information you can use. If interested, please call Jeff at (913) 647-9538Details:Body: All steel. A Previous owner stripped the body back to bare metal. Body joins and 80 years worth of life on the road and such are visible. Then it was primed and painted with a thin coat of satin black. Car presents nicely as is, but is also at a point where the appearance can be taken in any number of directions. Leave it as is for the Gangsta look, let it rust for the Rat Rod look, or do the prep and paint it the color of your choice. With a finished black vinyl interior, the possibilities are endless. The grille, bumpers, and outside door handles are original. The bumpers and grille were re-chromed. Fatties mirrors were fitted to each door. Windshield wiper transmissions, trunk lid hinges and latch, and hood handles are new reproductions. The License plate was relocated to the center of the trunk lid and incorporates an LED 3rd brake light. Tail lights are LED as well. Headlights are Halogen. All glass was replaced and is lightly tinted except for the front windshield, which is clear laminated safety glass. The foot-well floor panels and trunk floor were replaced. Unused holes in the original firewall were filled.Chassis: With the body off the frame for stripping, the original chassis was treated to a Mustang II front suspension setup from Chassis Engineering Inc., with Power Rack & Pinion steering. Out back, Chassis Engineering’s total replacement rear leaf spring kit is used to locate the 8” Ford rear axle. Front and rear sway bars from Chassis Engineering are installed as well. The frame was given a nice epoxy paint job. The brakes are front disc / rear drum. My additions included QA1 adjustable shocks on all four corners, and a hydro-boost unit to replace the vacuum power brake booster. Interior: The interior is finished in black vinyl and has billet aluminum door handles and cranks. The new reclining Corbeau bucket seats are vinyl trimmed but have cloth inserts in the seat and back areas for a comfortable ride. The head rests are adjustable up and down and also possess a fore and aft tilt adjustment. A three-point safety belt set from Juliano’s was installed for the front seats. The polished Ididit tilt steering column controls the installed Rostra Cruise Control, and is topped with a Mahogany Banjo steering wheel from Forever Sharp. The dash retains the original gauge trim bezel, which is almost always discarded. Keeping it helps balance the look with the trim on the glove box door. Behind the gauge trim bezel, sit Dakota Digital VHX gauges. Also on the dash is a Dakota Digital gear shift indicator. Windshield wipers were converted from vacuum to electric. A Classic Instruments clock is mounted in the glove box door. Though present, the cowl vent is non-functional. A Vintage Air A/C system is installed and incorporates a custom made center dash panel. This panel mounts the vertical A/C controls that are flanked by two vents for a one-of-a kind, yet almost factory appearance. In addition to the dash mounted fuel pressure gauge, there are two USB ports. The transmission is shifted via a Lokar floor shifter and the parking brake was retained on the floor as well. A Lokar brake pedal pad and throttle bracket assembly are used. A HalGuard “Clean Agent” fire extinguisher (gas – not powder) is installed within easy reach of the driver as part of NSRA Safety23 safety inspection criteria. Drivetrain: Chevy 350 engine. Overhauled by a previous owner (have receipts). Accel HEI distributor and Weiand aluminum intake / TH350 trans with shift kit. A FiTech EFI system is used and is tunable via hand-held LCD controller. The fuel tank is a 17 gallon poly unit from Tanks, Inc., and has the fuel pump in the tank. Cooling this setup is a PRC aluminum radiator and a Cooling Components CC-1750 2500 CFM fan/shroud combo. The fan is controlled by a Dakota Digital PAC-2750 programmable two-speed fan controller. Exhaust is 2 ¼ inch mandrel bent tubing. The system was tig welded and features Borla Crate Mufflers, Touring resonators, and tips. The “H” pipe is positioned and shaped so as to allow clearance for a future 200R4 overdrive transmission upgrade. The rear axle is an 8” Ford non-posi unit with 3.00 gears. Misc: Included are: 1) All receipts including those inherited from previous owners. 2) CD with comprehensive owner’s manual written exclusively for this car that contains a consumables part lists, service specifications, and documentation for major installed items.3) Reproduction factory shop manual on CD as well as a CD containing a list of work performed, and all information, research and reference photos taken during my ownership. 4) All weather car cover, and various new and original parts. NOTE: The car is being sold as is and no warranties are expressed or implied.
