This classic woody wagon was custom built by Cecil Taylor with Hercules Motor Car in Tampa Florida and completed in 2003. This gorgeous Woody Wagon was once owned by the eccentric and world-renowned Decatur, Georgia based designer, Ryan Gainey. Mr. Gainey and I were friends and next-door neighbors, and he left the woody to me following his death in a tragic fire in the summer of 2016 while heroically attempting to save his beloved Jack Russell Terriers; Leo, Baby Ruth, and Jelly Bean.I once asked him why he purchased that particular wagon and he responded that ever since seeing Chitty Chitty Bang Bang he had always wanted a Woody. I spent countless hours painstakingly refurbishing the car to its current condition.Let’s face it, anyone can go out and buy a Ferrari or a well-done Mustang, but this ride is a real head turner and has a very distinctive vibe that you just can't get anywhere else. If you should find yourself in the driver's seat of this woody, please be forewarned, I can't even drive it around the block without getting honks, waves, thumbs up and the like, and you will likely get the same thing. So if any of that offends you this car is not for you. Believe it or not (and don’t tell my wife) but I even get waves and smiles from pretty ladies who would never give me the time of day if I were in my daily driver. This past August, just after I completed the refurbishment work, I took The Woody to Caffeine and Octane (and if you didn’t already know: it's a monthly nationally recognized all makes, all models car show in Atlanta, GA that regularly attracts over 2,000 vehicles and 15,000 fans). As I rolled in, I parked where I was directed, with all the other thousands of cars. While talking to a buddy a few spaces over during the setup, I noticed a gentleman swiftly making a b-line towards The Woody. He took a quick pensive walk around stopping briefly at all four sides. He then quickly stuck his head inside, and when it came out he said, “who’s the owner of this car"? I stepped up and said, "I am." He went on to ask, "have you ever been in the featured area before"? I replied no. He said let's go. I'm not trying to brag but out of over 2,000 cars in attendance that day I thought it was an honor to have been asked to be a featured automobile. Blue exterior, Black interior. Ford Small Block V8 engine, automatic transmission, Supercharger, Coilovers, Air Conditioning, Ground up restoration. Every nut and bolt on this Mustang is either new or refurbished. A ton of aftermarket performance parts make this car one of a kind and a real head turner everywhere it goes. The engine is a fuel injected Ford small block with a Vortech centrifugal supercharger that really pulls this Mustang down the road. Supporting mods include MSD ignition, headers, and aftermarket camshaft. The transmission shifts great and features a TCI Outlaw shifter to make sure every shift is perfect. A 9 Ford rear end is out back to make sure every bit of power gets to the road. All the front suspension has been replaced with tubular front control arms, rack and pinion steering, and coilover shocks. In the rear, the leaf springs have been ditched and replaced with a four link suspension with a larger sway bar and coilover shocks. Front and rear disc brakes slow this beast down and 17 and 18 Boyd Coddington wheels keep this Ford rolling. The exterior blue paint has a stunning shine and the black stripes really set it off. Inside, a custom interior has been installed with bucket seats, 5 point harnesses, roll bar, digital gauges, air conditioning, and custom center console. The quality of this Mustang speaks for itself. It is one of a kind and priced to sell. Come out today to see this beauty in person!
A 1977 E150, with power to pass"Good: Windsor 351, 350/75 HP, 400 or so ft.lb.Jasper short track long block, torque cam, good rods, bolts, upgrade bearings, balanced, line bored, the good stuff. Touched up heads, Edelbrock, Holley. Headers, custom exhaust system. Good radio. Good shocks, big bar out back. Gages and pricey seat. Two tanks, a strong cage for safety, holders for two motor cycles. 1976 three speed, 3:72, in a 9 inch rear end. Strong clutch. Very good head lights. Frame mount trailer hitch, and a remote mount oil filter, EXTENSIVE spares. 40 years old, so there is no restriction as to what you do with it, modification wise, no emissions requirement, etc.. Special engine has 40K on it.It can be very graceful through corners due to chassis tweeks and low ctr. of gravity. the box is all air after all, no furry walls or chase lounges, the truck frame is just above the axle line and the engine's center of gravity is 5-6 inches back from the six it replaced. It has a nice set of Hancooks on it. Had to take off the race tyres for legal reasons. The vehicle drives sweet.I just don't use it enough, I crew on race cars and go to the track in their truck. And my town car is barely a car. ) Bad:Needs some TLC. The body is rough, some rust, dents and leaks. Nothing structural. And nothing that can't be put right in short order.

Heres one seriously cool bit of automotive history in motion that comes along at a great price. This 1962 Ford Ranchero represents the first model to roll out in a revolutionary half-car, half-truck configuration that made it easy to climb in and drive while standing by ready, willing and able to haul burdens as needed. Its looking sharp both inside and out and is armed with a period correct engine under its hood thats running in fine form. When it was introduced, the Ranchero broke quite a few automotive industry rules. Built off of an automobile assembly line yet sold via Fords truck division, it was a definite hit with both the automotive press and the American buying public. This 62 features a clean white exterior that does it proud - it was repainted a while back and the work performed has held up well, so it has a slick texture and a great shine. Take a peek up close and youll see that this Ford is in pretty impressive shape for a car more than 55 years old - it remains solid-looking and well-aligned, with a hood and doors that open and close smoothly and show nice, even gaps. Its not only come through the decades strong, but it also remains in stock configuration. Its full array of exterior fittings, including both the front and rear bumpers, side mirrors and door handles, were all replaced and look great as they sit alongside original trim and badges that also present well. The updated interior waiting inside the doors is a definite winner - it features a hard to find balance of vintage appeal with a tasteful amount of aftermarket customization added. The bench seat now wears a snug fitting leather cover thats very much in keeping with the style of this Rancheros era and has yet to show any creasing or discoloration from use - theres also a little bit of interior storage space just behind it that will likely come in handy. The door panels, as well as the headliner above, really look clean and were no doubt recently added. Farther forward, the original steering wheel sits on a column that, along with the dash area just behind it, has seen the prepping it needed to leave it with a smooth tan surface, and the pad running the width of the cabin has a custom wrap that adds to the overall appearance of the interior. The instrument panel is crystal clear and offers gauges that all function as intended. Just in front of the bench seat, the manual shifter has been relocated from its original position on the column and now sits within easy reach. The bed area is in great shape, with no damage in sight from shifting cargo over the years. A 200 cubic inch incline 6, known as the Thriftpower 6 in its day, sits below the hood in an orderly engine compartment. It received a tune-up just recently and is in very good form, starting right up with a turn of the ignition key and running very smoothly. It pairs with a 4-speed manual transmission to make for a highly functioning vintage drivetrain thats very much up to the demands of frequent driving. This nicely restored classic rolls on a set of black steel wheels wrapped with Toyo tires. The undercarriage below appears to be in just the solid condition youd expect based on the rest of the car. Well restored and running with confidence-inspiring smoothness, this 1962 Ford Ranchero is a seldom seen classic whose model represented an adventurous deviation from the norm. Call today!
