Although there are newer Vipers out there, and a fresh redesign on the horizon, none have had the blunt-force-trauma impact of the original GTS. It was the Cobra Daytona coupe reincarnated, but this time with 8-liters of fury under the hood and a suspension that could actually dance. Even today, this 1997 Dodge Viper GTS commands more respect on the street than just about anything else ever built. Viper fans are particular about their cars. Yes, they use them to their potential, but they are also fanatical about maintenance and the cars are seldom used as daily drivers. With just 16,595 original miles, this 1997 GTS looks almost new in every respect, showing off a brilliant Viper Red paint job that could easily compete with a Ferrari on the eyeball magnet scale. Of note, it isnt wearing the usual stripe package, which were a no-cost delete, and despite the festive color, this one looks downright brutal because of it. Its also one of just seven Vipers delivered in bright red with gold powdercoated wheels and matching gold emblems, so its a fairly rare piece in a world of number collectors. Hand built by Chrysler employees specially chosen for the job, it exhibits better-than-average build quality throughout, and seeing one of these on the street is still an event. Nobody (and I mean nobody!) tangles with one of these at the stop light grand prix. The GTS benefitted big time from a more civilized interior that included actual roll-up windows and an effective stereo system. Note that I didnt say it WAS civilized, just more civilized than the R/T, and thats a big part of the Vipers charm. You need to manhandle this car, show it whos boss, and it isnt for the faint of heart. Fortunately, the hardware is up to the challenge, with grippy black leather buckets that are in excellent shape, a dash full of white-faced gauges, and a stubby 6-speed shifter that you can punch through the gears without fear of breaking anything. An AM/FM/CD stereo provides entertainment while youre waiting for your next track session, and the fat leather-wrapped wheel transmits signals directly to your hypothalamus. Theres a bit of storage under the rear hatch, but if youre worried about carrying capacity in your Viper, perhaps youre shopping at the wrong store. The 8.0-liter V10 got a horsepower boost in the GTS that ensured that the baddest snake on the street remained that way. There are thousands of upgrades available, but this one remains almost completely stock save for a K&N air filter up front (the original filter is included with the car). Even stock, it brings 450 horsepower and 490 pounds of torque, so its certainly no slouch on the street. Theres no mistaking the bright red intake and valve covers, and this one shows off the efforts of a very conscientious owner who kept it immaculate under the hood. Most of the original equipment is intact, and it hasnt been raced or abused, although well admit that its impossible to keep your foot out of the throttle. The all-independent suspension works well on the street or the track, and those gold wheels are wrapped in giant 275/40/17 front and 335/40/17 rear Michelin Pilot tires that stick like flypaper. The stories are true and these cars remain the last untamed performance machines. Complete with all the original books and manuals, this rare Gold Package Viper is also a car that will likely have some financial upside in the future. Call today!
Without even knowing you or what you drive, Im going to tell you that this 2004 Dodge Viper Mamba Supercharged convertible is the fastest car youll ever drive. How do I know this? Well, not only does it pack an 8.0-liter V8, some deranged individual decided to install a Paxton Novi 2000 supercharger to feed it. The result? More power than two tires should be asked to handle. Before we get to the engine upgrades, however, lets take a look at this beautiful Viper. Theres nothing else on the road with the presence of the Viper and everyone knows what it is. Sure, the coupe is a bit more practical, but if youre serious about speed, this nasty black convertible is a great way to do it. Obviously reminiscent of the vintage Cobras, it puts aggression in a whole new category. And like so many of its siblings, this one has seen only fair-weather usage and exemplary care, so its in outstanding condition throughout with the low-hanging front bumper having been repainted recently. That vented hood with intake scoop and heat extractors provides a little added excitement, but with the Vipers already outrageous looks, its only one piece of the puzzle. Its got a few very minor signs of use (who could resist putting this car through its paces?) but its obvious that this car has been someones special toy and there arent many other cars that can generate this much eyeball appeal on the road. And thats before you lean on the throttle! The redesigned Vipers interior got a much-needed makeover that transformed it from uncomfortable as hell but at least its fast to a world-class performance machine. Body-hugging bucket seats with built-in provisions for shoulder harnesses, plenty of real sound-deadening materials, and a full package of comfort and convenience features mean that Dodges Snake is no longer a primitive beast. Those features include ice cold A/C, power windows and locks, a tilt steering wheel, leather upholstery, and an attractive center stack with a full array of white-faced instruments. This one also benefits from an AM/FM/CD stereo, the sounds of which can almost compete with the thundering stereo from the side pipes. Theres also a reasonable trunk and a snug-fitting black canvas convertible top. The only notable modification is the Auto Meter boost gauge atop the steering column, and its awesome to watch it twitch in time with your right foot. The 8.0-liter V10 was already making 505 horsepower, which many folks consider plenty. However, this one is a case where too much is just enough and a glance under the massive hood reveals a neatly detailed engine compartment with a polished aluminum Paxton blower nestled up front in the nose. The installation was professionally done and includes commensurate fuel system upgrades and a computer tune, so it starts, idles, and runs like a factory-issued piece, albeit one with about 50% more horsepower. The big red valve covers and twin-plenum intake still look imposing and if you didnt know better, youd figure that the blower must be OEM, too, simply because of how well it fits. The heavy-duty 6-speed manual gearbox doesnt even blink at the massive torque churning through it and the exhaust system gives it a magnificent exhaust note that has to be heard to be believed. The suspension is still ready for the track, the brakes are the size of trash can lids and use bright red calipers, and forged wheels from a later Viper carry staggered 275/35/18 front and 345/30/19 rear Michelin performance radials. This is one of those cases where even a Viper might be considered a sleeper. Its also rare (#87 out of 200 Mambas built) and surprisingly affordable. Call today!
Runs and drives great! Power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel.
The Dodge Viper has always been considered the most ferocious sports car ever produced by the Pentastar brand. With 2017 being the final year of production for this legendary supercar Dodge held nothing back creating one of the most track-capable cars ever. Dubbed the “ACR” (American Club Racer) this is one rare rocket with a scant 193 manufactured for its swan song year. As with all Vipers’, it possesses the unmistakable sound of the thundering 8.4-liter V-10 breathing through the side-exit exhaust. This ACR is finished in Gunmetal Pearl and features a unique black and red-stitch high-grip alcantra leather interior. With only 81 miles on the odometer, this new Viper also has some serious standard and optional performance features including Brembo carbon ceramic matrix brakes, 10-setting manual adjustable suspension, electronic launch control system and 5-mode electronic stability control just to name a few. The ACR version also adds features like the front dive planes, a more aggressive front splitter setup and a monster rear wing that adds extreme downforce and stability at speeds over 150 mph. Whether you are considering it for its legendary track performance or street prowess, don't let this chance pass you by to own one of the most revered and fabled American Supercars of the 21st century. A 505 hp sports car is the kind of ride we all dream of owning. And this low-mileage 2003 Dodge Viper SRT-10 not only delivers on the power, but also a ton of other great upgrades... and all for an obtainable price. So dig in for the details, because this is the ideal speed machine. If you want a heart-stopping performer, with just the right hints of civility, the 3rd gen Viper is the place to be. After all, it offers a full convertible top and real windows to seal the cabin on rainy days. But those growling side pipes will make sure no one will ever mistake this for tame. In fact, this one was built to be extra bold (thats why there are a custom underbody lights!) Chrysler developed such a deep and slick red, that there are plenty of hot rods and restomods that love to use this on custom builds. It has great details like the deeply scalloped sides, integrated rear spoiler, and the long sleek hood with plenty of vents for the monster underneath. Plus, this one has a terrific dark side thanks to the black power coated wheels that coordinates with all the other black details, including the headlight backgrounds and folding roof. If you love the black accents of the exterior, then youll love the full midnight package inside. Low mileage means little time to wear in the leather interior. This looks great with a driver-oriented setup that gives you sport seats, a center console in the ideal elbow position, crisp white-faced gauges, and a gearshift right where your right hand falls. It comes with a ton of great features, including power windows, keyless entry, front airbags, side airbags, cruise control, and cold air conditioning to keep you comfortable with the top down. As mentioned before, this one buttons up better than the first-gen roadster, and this one takes full advantage with the upgrades like the Kenwood Excelon AM/FM/CD/XM touchscreen head unit. This not only showcases the backup camera, but its also your gateway to the full upgraded subwoofer speaker system. The added Mesa Mat sound insulation means you can hear this even crisper. Open the hood, and the big red valve covers and twin-plenum intake are factory package that look fiercely imposing. The fan shroud of this fuel-injected 8.3-liter V10 proudly announces the 505 horsepower that can swallow a lesser car whole. You get complete control of this via six-speed overdrive manual transmission that then sends the power to a beefy limited slip rear end. This is backed up by a fully independent suspension that ready for the road or racetrack thanks to Eibach lowering springs. Plus, theres the Brembo large four-wheel disc brake package (w/ABS), power steering, and super-sticky performance tires. Its a total power package that will make this collectable supercar also your track day favorite. With only 36,710 miles on the odometer and documents like the owners manual and maintenance records, this one has always been treated like a future classic. So its the big power machine of your dreams. Call now!
Those with a limited budget should consider purchasing a project vehicle as an option to entering into classic car ownership.

This 1996 Dodge Viper GTS Indy 500 Pace Car was provided, by Chrysler, to the President of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, at the time, Tony Hulman George. He personally owned it for the first year of its life then sold it to a close personal friend of the family that was a serious car collector. We just purchased it from that collection. It has just 6,641 Actual Miles! It has a clean Carfax and has never been smoked in! This is a nice historic piece of Viper history!!!
The Viper was already meant for hardcore drivers, but it takes the truly top echelon of enthusiasts who want an 800+ hp machine like this 2004 Dodge Viper Heffner Twin Turbo. The second-generation Viper roadster is a more desirable car for many people. Its the roadster that gives you a full folding roof, real windows, and other creature comforts to make this a little more friendly for everyday driving. That did not mean this Viper lost its predatory attitude. You see it in the long sleek hood with plenty of vents for the monster underneath; the scalloped sides with side exhaust pipes; and the huge factory chrome wheels that are larger in the rear to remind you where all the power meets the ground. The original factory Bright Silver Metallic is a beautiful color that has a terrific shine on this ultra-low mileage example. Of course, the black folding roof works with the dark headlight background and dark Viper badges to have some nicely coordinated extra aggression. In fact, while its hard to call any Viper a sleeper, the only exterior clue about the extra power in this one is the subtle twin turbo markings above the Vipers fender badging. Inside is more of that stealthy feeling. Just like any good Viper, the interior completely envelopes the driver with the leather sport seats. When you sit down, your right arm fits so that your favorite resting spot is right on top of the gear leaver. But this redesigned second-gen space now has plenty of real sound-deadening materials. A full package of comfort and convenience features mean that Dodges snake is no longer purely a primitive beast. It includes ice-cold air conditioning, power windows, power locks, tilt steering wheel, dual airbags, power steering, and an attractive center stack with a full array of white-faced gauges. The factory 310-watt AM/FM stereo with six-disc CD changer is loud and crisp enough to play your favorite tunes at triple-digit speeds, but we all really know your favorite soundtrack comes from the side pipes. It was thought that the 8.3-liter fuel-injected V10 in the Viper couldnt get any better, but that was until Heffner Performance got its hands on the motor. We have the receipts to show that $50k was invested in rebuilding and reinforcing the motor, including forged aluminum pistons, Clevite rod bearings, a full balance assembly, and much more. This was to get it ready for the twin turbo power. The result is a dyno tested 721 horsepower at the rear wheels when under 7 lbs of boost. And you can flip a switch to get it up to 10 lbs for a street dominating 805 RWHP! The transmission was switched to Rossler heavy duty build of a 200r4 four-speed automatic to properly handle the extra power. Plus, with a beefy limited slip rear end, big four-wheel disc brakes w/ABS, and a fully independent suspension, this super snake doesnt bite back as hard as its monster power would suggest. This is a roadster that is amazing fun from the start and has a rare pedigree that will continue to build its ultra-desirable status in the classic circles. When you get to the car show you can even bring out the binder with the reproduction window sticker, build receipts, and dyno sheet. This is serious power for the modern muscle car connoisseur. Dont miss out, call today!
Brutally powerful - but with all the right creature comforts - makes a car like this 2001 Dodge Viper GTS instantly attractive. And when you see how this low-mileage supercar has been well-respected all its life, it makes this 450 hp machine a truly irresistible deal. Dodge offered special colors every year with the Viper, so while red examples were always available, this Viper Race Yellow was rarely found on the palette (It was around for only 2001-2002 before reappearing in 2009.) Thats why its so special to have this factory paint in such nice condition. More than just low mileage, you can tell this Viper GTS was babied all its life. This is a one-owner car purchased new less than 15 miles from our showroom, and it has averaged less than 915 miles annually. We believe this could be all-original paint, and it has a terrific luster that highlights all of the extra curves of the GTS coupe body. And those 18-inch factory chrome alloys add even more flair. But more than just shine brightly, this is true intimidation on wheels. The dual racing stripes, hood scoop & vents, and a roof that bubbles up to accommodate racing helmets this is a competition machine that barely looks legal enough for the streets. Inside, its all about the right equipment for a pure speed machine. The black leather bucket seats have the same great appearance against the exterior yellow as the racing stripes. More importantly, they keep you planted behind the wheel. Plus, theres no room for sliding around in an interior that completely envelops the driver. Your arm fits so that your favorite resting spot is right on top of the gearstick. A full gauge package is at eye level, and the black-on-white background readouts couldnt be simpler. There is room for a bit of luxury such as power windows, power locks, keyless entry, dual air bags, and provisions for air conditioning. The AM/FM/CD stereo is the correct upgraded Alpine unit, but lets face it, your favorite soundtrack really originates from the engine bay. Tilt the large hood forward, and theres no mistaking the Vipers gorgeous red cast aluminum intake manifold and valve covers. And the ultra-low mileage means everything else looks crisp and clean, too. The 8.0-liter V10, is what legends are made of when churning out a whopping 450 hp and 490 lb-ft of torque. You get complete control of this via six-speed manual transmission, power steering, and a race-inspired fully independent suspension. Plus, four-wheel disc brakes and grippy Pirelli P-Zero tires are exactly what you want for stopping power. While all of this keeps the Viper nicely planted on everything from the back roads to the racetrack, you are pure intimidation just standing still thanks to roar of the dual exhaust. Complete with the dealer invoice, owners manual packet, and title documentation, this is a low-mileage Viper with a time capsule level of presentation. So when something so bold is also so well presented, you know this is the powerful classic you want. Dont wait, call today!

The cars 600 HP and 560 lb-ft of torque backed up by a 6-speed manual transmission with twin-disc clutch and speed-sensing anti-spin limited-slip differential was deemed more than adequate power, and the SRT team focused their knowledge on weight reduction, race-tuned suspension and a suite of functional aerodynamic elements. For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 2002 Dodge Viper GTS ACR. The Viper was Dodge s way of telling the world we still know how to build a Race car, with blinkers The thinking was, lets shoehorn an eight liter V10 engine that pumps out 460 Horsepower and 500pound feet of torque in to a 3450 pound body that was born in a wind tunnel. Then let s give it every bit of handling we can muster. Making this a car that you could drive to work, then stop at the track and kick some butt before picking up the bread and milk on the way home. But please don t think you are going to get a weeks worth of groceries in this ride, it is meant to haul, well, something other than groceries. Now this 2002 Viper for sale is even more radical as its current owner had the insane idea of adding a Paxton supercharger to the already volatile mix making this one wild ride. The sticker across the top of the windshield proclaims 750 horsepower having driven it, I don t doubt it. The original 2002 Viper GTS had a 0 to 60 mph time of 4.5 seconds and a 0 to 100 time of 4.7, now imagine that supercharged! Hold on tight and slam the gas pedal, hold it down long enough and you just might prove Einstein theory of relativity. This Viper GTS ACR for sale is not just a stock car with a Paxton supercharger attached to it, oh no. This 2002 Viper for sale has a lot of extra goodies, the current owner tells us it has, Penskie adjustable coil over shocks, a short throw shifter, custom rims and the factory wing has been improved with a carbon fiber lip and this came off the 1997 FIA world champion car. 2002 was the end of the first generation of Vipers so Dodge did something special with the last 360 cars and made them GTS s and just a few had the ACR performance package making this car 1 of only 360 ever made, #143 to be exact. To sum up, Born in a wind tunnel, handles like it is nailed to the road, very rare, lots of extra performance parts, and oh yeah don t forget the Paxton supercharger. This car pulls hard through all the gears and is so sticky through the turns that I believe you could park this car on the ceiling of the garage.( slight exaggeration.) Options for this 2002 Viper GTS ACR for sale include: Air conditioning, AM/FM C/D player, Power, steering, brakes and windows, Tilt wheel, Leather interior, Racing wheel, G- suit not included. This 2002 Dodge Viper for sale in our Nashville showroom can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com for more information please call the showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to see this car in person we welcome you to stop in our Nashville showroom at 320 Tech park Dr. Suite 600 La Vergne Tn 37086
Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10. The first prototype was tested in January 1989. It debuted in 1991 with two pre-production models as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500 when Dodge was forced to substitute it in place of the Japanese-built Dodge Stealth because of complaints from the United Auto Workers, and went on sale in January 1992 as the RT/10 Roadster. The Dodge Viper underwent a major redesign in 2002, courtesy of DaimlerChryslers Street and Racing Technology group. The new Viper SRT-10, which replaced both the GTS and the RT/10, was heavily restyled with sharp, angled bodywork. The engines displacement was increased to 8.3 L (506.5 cu in), which increased output to 500 bhp and 525 lb ft. Despite the power increases, engine weight was reduced to about 500 lb (230 kg). The chassis was also improved, becoming more rigid and weighing approximately 80 lb (36 kg) less than the previous model. This beautiful red Viper looks just as good as the day it was sold off the showroom floor. This 1 owner Dodge Viper has only 4282 miles on the odometer. This brutal masterpiece of American Muscle has been garage kept and never been rained on as of this writing. The garage was climate controlled to stay cool in the summers, and toasty warm in the winters. Insert the key, twist to on, push the start button and that distinctive Viper V-10 sound is instantly recognize. This 2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10 includes; Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD player, Manual Convertible Top, Leather Interior, Seat belts, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Power Brakes, Power Door Locks, Power Windows, Power Seats, Remote Keyless Entry, and Aluminum Alloy Wheels wrapped in Michelin Performance Radial tires. This 2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10 is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful, low miles 1997 Dodge Viper GTS. The Viper has always been an iconic American muscle car that grabs people s attention anywhere it is driven. When the Viper was first introduced in 1992, it was one of the first American production cars to compete with the foreign sports cars from Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Porsche. This car comes in a stellar red color that is so eye appealing. This car has been kept very clean for the entirety of its life so far which is obvious when you look through it in detail. The car is equipped with the stock chrome rims which make the vibrant red pop even more. The car s powerhouse is the original 8.0L V10 which is backed by a 6-speed manual transmission and a Borla exhaust. Now featured in our Denver showroom is this tastefully modified 2001 Dodge Viper GTS dyno ed at over 430 horsepower to the rear wheels! After the Viper hit the market in the early 90 s, these cars have grown a huge following and is clear to see why given the V10 engine in this lightweight coupe and sleek lines. 2001 was one of the last years of the second generation of Vipers which saw an increase of 15 horsepower to 415 and had anti-lock braking introduced. This Viper specifically has had a few modifications including VIPAIR intake and smooth tubes for better flow coming in and helping it breathe out well is the Belanger headers and cat-back exhaust that not only adds power, but a superb sound! These modifications also have brought this Viper up to over 430 horsepower at the rear wheels! Unitrax half shafts were added as well to stand up to the additional power and the rear end was equipped with a set of 3.73:1 gear ratio for quicker acceleration off the line than the stock 3.07:1. Once you slide in and get behind the wheel of this Viper, the excitement starts to set in. Turn the key and the V10 comes to life! Put it in gear, roll into the throttle, and hold on as all that power tries to push you through the back of your seat. Once the RPM s creep up and you let off the throttle, a symphony of pops and bangs and growls bellow from the exhaust. With the discontinuation of the Viper from the Dodge brand, there has been a steady uptick in demand for these cars and have steadily been increasing in value. This 2001 Dodge Viper is a great candidate for someone who is looking for a fun car to take out on those sunny days and weekends without having to worry about the drastic depreciation as the miles tick upwards. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 2001 Dodge Viper in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to present this one owner 1995 Dodge Viper RT-10. The first prototype was tested in January 1989. It debuted in 1991 with two pre-production models as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500. The Viper went on sale in January 1992 as the RT/10 Roadster. The centerpiece of the car was its engine. The Lamborghini Company, then owned by Chrysler Corporation, designed the V10 for the Viper by recasting the block and heads in an aluminum alloy, and was based on the Chrysler LA V8 engine. The engine weighs 711 lbs. and produces 400 bhp at 4600 rpm and 465 lb ft at 3600 rpm, and thanks to the long-gearing allowed by the engine the car has decent fuel economy. The body is a tubular steel frame with resin transfer molding (RTM) fiberglass panels. The Viper lacks modern driver aids such as traction control and anti-lock brakes on purpose to give you the feel in the seat of your pants. It completes a quarter mile in 12.6 seconds and has a maximum speed of over 150 mph. Its large tires allow the car to average close to one lateral g in corners, placing it among the elite cars of its day. The car is made for driving and features inflatable lumbar support and adjustable seats. Along with the absence of exterior door handles, the vehicle lacks side windows and a roof, although cloth windows and top and included. The battery is in the sealed compartment over the rear wheels to increase rear-end weight and traction. Options include: AM/FM CD player, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, anti-theft system, grey leather seats, alloy wheels. With only a little over 23K actual miles this Red beauty this is the one you want to own.
