1977 INTERNATIONAL SCOUTScout IIs were manufactured from April 1971 to 1980. The design was frozen much earlier, with a version nearly identical to the production model shown to management in December 1967.[5]The Scout II is most identifiable by its different front grilles. The 1971–1972 Scout IIs shared the same grille, three horizontal bars between the headlights and chrome rings around the headlights. The 1973 Scout IIs had 14 vertical bars between the headlights, a split in the middle, seven bars on each side surrounded by chrome trim pieces and an "International" model plate low on the left side. The 1974–75 Scout II grilles were the same as 1973, with the addition of a vertical bar trim overlay. The 1975 had chrome and black, square trim rings around the headlights; 1976 had the same headlight trim rings as 1975, and a chrome center grille of 15 horizontal bars split into three sections was used in this year only. The 1977–79 Scout IIs used the same grille between the same headlight bezels the new chrome grille had two large horizontal bars with three vertical support lines and the "International" nameplate moved up to the center of the grille on the left side. ... 1989 Chevy 2WD 5.7L Silverado 1500 PickupI purchased this truck from my next door neighbor.  This truck belonged to their grandfather, who had passed away.  From documents found in the vehicle, it appears that it has spent its life in North GA and East TN.   A look underneath the truck shows little rust and that is characteristic of vehicles from this area.  The truck runs and drives good.  The tires are approx. 80% tread life remaining.  The wheels are in very good condition with very few blemishes, even upon close inspection.  The overall handling of the truck feels tight and original.  The paint looks ok from a few feet away, but it is fairly dull.  This truck is NOT an SS as the decals indicate.  It is a stock Silverado 1500 that has SS decals on it.  The motor starts and runs well.   The heat and the A/C work.  I had the A/C changed from the original R12 to the new R134 and installed new accumulator/drier and new orifice tube, so the air runs nice and cold.  The radio will not come on at all.  The fuel gauge, temperature gauge, and battery gauge, all seem to work perfectly, although the oil pressure gauge seems to run too high.  I have been told that this is fairly common to this vintage.  The speedometer does not work.  All of the electronic controls on the heat and air work well.  The electric windows work, but the power locks do not.  The truck has new door handles and can be manually locked.  The truck seat has a nice seat cover on it and the original seat underneath has a tear on the driver’s side from wear.  The truck has had a sunroof installed that is not original to the truck.  The turn signal lenses and brake light lenses are all new.   The rear bumper has been removed and rolled, and when viewed underneath, the metal work and welding all appears to have been done pretty well.  The interior of the bed is in good shape with only a few blemishes.   The tonneau cover is new.  The truck feels dependable and I drive it to and from work on nice days.   If you have questions, you can call or text Aaron at 423.505.2177.... 1967 Chevy Stepside, Rebuilt 327 V8. Still has break - in oil in the engine. The engine has about 1200 miles since it was rebuilt. It has a  New 350 Automatic transmission,  New Holley carb,  New Holley electronic fuel pump, and  New white lettered Hercules tires. It has great looking 6 lug Ultra Sport wheels and New dual exhaust that sounds great and runs smooth. This truck has plenty of power! It has no knocks or pings, and shifts smoothly. The truck has an AM FM CD player which is all working.  The center seat has a graphic EQ underneath it and extra storage.  It has a new NAPA battery, and everything is in very good working order. It needs power steering  but is a very good running and driving truck. This truck is not perfect because the paint job is about 15 years old and has a few places where the paint is chipped but it still looks good. The interior ceiling is peeling above the sun visor on the drivers side as shown in the picture.  It has hardly any rust, and no broken windows. Call Mike 423-580-8716. If no answer please leave a message and I will return your call. ... Read more

This super clean and beautiful C-10 has connections that span several decades. It was born in 1970, the year the band Deep Purple hit the scene in a big way, just like this Deep Purple on Black truck did. It has a powerful beat you can hear in the exhaust from the current tech, heavy metal members of the band like the crank, cam and pistons, and while Chevy didnt use the phrase and the song until 20 years later, this truck is solid Like a Rock. Can you hear the music? Then come on down and check out this sweet C-10. This generation of Chevy truck has been popular since they were introduced, and are collectible today for some of the very same reasons. They are good looking, nice driving, comfortable trucks. For a custom look, add in a little bit of creativity along with a whole bunch of blood, sweat and tears, and you can end up with what you see here. The paint is simple in design but sophisticated in the prep and execution with a subtle pin stripe straddling the dividing line between the Deep Purple and the Black. The grill and trim around it are completely blacked out and there isnt a single badge anywhere on this truck to disturb the clean look. Even the taillights have been shaved and moved discreetly into the black rear bumper. There are only a couple splashes of flash with the front bumper, door handles and mirrors the only chrome. A bit of chassis rake gives it an aggressive stance and helps make the truck look solid like a rock. Open the door and you will find an interior that follows the simple and clean theme established on the body. The door panel is deep purple top and bottom with a light gray door panel of vertical stitching. The steering wheel is a three-spoke billet unit wrapped in black with the shifter for the automatic transmission and a column mounted tachometer clearly visible directly in front of the driver. The stock arrangement of the dash panel includes the speedo on the left, fuel gauge on the right with battery, water temp and oil pressure gauges across the bottom. A Pioneer FM/CD player is mounted in the center of the dash for your listening pleasure and there is a late model console with a nice amount of storage and cup holders on the floor between the seats. Those are comfortable high back buckets with pleated light gray seating surfaces and smooth black vinyl surrounds. Black carpeting ties the look together nicely and heavy-duty vinyl floormats help protect it. Open the hood and you will meet the band that pumps out those sweet sounds. It is 350 cubic inches of V8 muscle nestled down in a neat and clean engine bay. Unlike the rest of the truck there is plenty of flash here. A chrome air filter feeds a Holley 4-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock intake. Polished valve covers look great and the alternator, water pump and pulleys are all chromed. A Griffin aluminum radiator with dual electric fans keeps things running cool and headers get the spent gases out to Flowmaster mufflers and stainless-steel exhaust tips. Power flows back through a 3-speed automatic transmission to a 12-bolt rear end. The truck has been lowered both front and rear for a great look and 4-wheel disc brakes from CPP provide plenty of stopping power if you decide to let those horses run. The rubber meets the road through 275/45R20s in the back and 245/45R20s in the front mounted on Coys alloy wheels. Great looking, great running, and great sounding. Do you hear the music? Then come on down and check this truck out.... Read more

1978 Jeep J10

Mid 70s pickup trucks are more popular than ever these days. They are good looking, capable machines that arent loaded up with a bunch of computers. So, if you like the idea of owning one, but would prefer something you dont see on the road 100 times a day, then check out this Jeep J10 pickup. Its capable, tough and hard-working truck, and you dont see them that often. This is also a really good-looking truck. First because of the design of the body and cut of the sheet metal. The broad-shouldered stance and the power bulge on the hood make the truck look tough. And it is. Its also standing tall on 33x12.50s and that says this truck means business too. Then there is the first-class paint job. It is Blue with Silver highlights outlined with Orange pinstriping on the hood and down the side. Its a great color combination and has a great shine to it. Up front, the grill carries on the family resemblance with other Jeeps, although it is much wider and is beveled across the center. A heavy-duty front bumper is painted gray with rubber step treads and heavy duty tabs welded to it. There is a roll bar just behind the cab and the bed has been spray lined. Jeep is embossed into the tailgate and another heavy-duty bumper has a trailer hitch as well as two chrome exhaust tips peeking out from under it. Open the door and you will find a comfortable interior with a couple nice features. A beefy 4-spoke steering wheel feels good in your hands and gives you a firm grip on the wheel even during tough going. There is a Sun Pro tach mounted on the steering column and behind it is a stock dashboard with the speedometer in the center and the engine gauges off to either side of it. An auxiliary water temp gauge is mounted under the vents for the air conditioning system that sure is nice on those hot summer days and a Hurst shifter for the manual transmission rises out of the floor within easy reach. A Kenwood FM/CD stereo has been added for your listening pleasure and the vinyl bench seat is in good shape and comfortable for heading across town or cross country. A full rubber mat on the floor means you dont have to worry about muddy boots and there is even a gun rack in the back window for your convenience. Under the hood you will find a healthy 360 cubic inch motor nestled down in a neat and clean engine bay. A chrome air topper sits on an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock chrome valve covers add a splash of flash to the engine bay too. The exhaust flows out through a true dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers to those chrome tips at the rear. There are signs of good regular maintenance with all the hoses and belts being in good condition as well as tune up items like the cap and plug wires looking fresh. Power flows back through a 4-speed manual trans and the 4WD transfer case to solid axles front and rear mounted on leaf springs. Power front disc brakes provide good stopping power and those 33X12.50 Mastercraft Courser MXT tires are mounted on deep dish, multi spoke alloy wheels. Good looking, capable, and not a truck you see every day. Come on down and check it out.... Read more
