While there are more than a few high-end luxury car manufacturers in the world, theres really only one that is undisputed as the worlds finest automaker. From Miami to Dubai, the Rolls-Royce name is universally recognized as the symbol of uncompromising quality and extravagant luxury. The handful of people fortunate enough to be able to afford one of these magnificent motorcars rewards them with a driving experience unlike any other. For the rest of us, well, perhaps waiting nearly 30 years for one to become affordable is the best way to sample the good life. This 1990 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur is a gorgeous example of the Crewe factorys art. It lives up to the silver part of its name with a triple-tone style appearance where the light and dark colors are also met by a silver-gray vinyl roof. And lovers of details will notice that even the pinstripe coordinates with the roof color. The companys careful dedication to craftsmanship is seen from every angle with a sedan that continues to fit together beautifully. The doors open and close with a precision that has to be experienced to be believed, and the panel alignment is the result of choosing hand-crafted rolling opulence. Its this kind of attention to detail that makes a Rolls-Royce command respect everywhere it goes, and its still very present in this example today. Thats why it has earned the iconic waterfall grille with the Spirit of Ecstasy leading the way. Open the door, and its a luxurious greeting of burled walnut, Connolly leather, and lambs wool. The gray leather with light gray piping is the perfect complementing colors to the exterior so you can tell was planned to be a uniform experience from day one. The view from behind the wheel is a great reminder how true craftsmanship should be. And with the front seats power adjusting to the perfect position, youll happily spend all day driving this Rolls. Plus, youre surrounded by the best features, including power windows, power locks, seat heaters, and controls for R134a air conditioning. And to make sure you go wanting for nothing in this vintage luxury car, the stereo has been upgraded to a new AM/FM/CD head unit that also has Bluetooth and an input for your latest music player. But this is not a car strictly built for the front seat. The Silver Spur is the long-wheelbase version of the Silver Spirit, which means there is exceptional luxury in the rear seating - after all, the owners of these cars were not necessarily the drivers. Not only does the Silver Spur have more legroom, but it also comes with footrests and tray tables so that this sedan can be used for everything from business travel to backgammon. The smooth running 6.75-liter V8 under the hood is a staple of Rolls-Royce luxury. The fuel-injected engine was built to always have power in reserve. The engine bay looks as scrutinized as the inner workings of a Swiss watch, and it also starts with a similar whisper-quite tickover. Rolls Royce engineers went to great lengths to isolate the mechanical workings from passengers. As a result, its power is delivered not like a brutish muscle car, but more like an express train. This is luxury for trips of all sizes thanks to a smooth-shifting three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and cruise control. The fully independent suspension has a self-leveling feature that keeps the big sedan on an even keel no matter what the load, and it stays sure-footed with four-wheel disc brakes. Complete with owners manual, this is prestige at an affordable price. So if youve earned a shot at the good life, call today!

Gateway Classic cars of Tampa is excited to offer up for sale this beautiful 1990 Rolls Royce Silver Spur II. This car is in incredible condition inside and out. The Silver Spirit II and Silver Spur II were refinements of the original models, introduced at the 1989 Frankfurt Motor Show. Suspension design saw the most change in 1990, with Automatic Ride Control introduced, a fully automatic system that adjusted dampers at all four wheels in real time. Other updates included the adoption of ABS and fuel injection as standard for all models. Originally retaining the three-speed Turbo Hydramatic GM400 transmission from earlier Spirits/Spurs. The size of the petrol tank was also increased, up to 24 imp gallons to get over 310 miles per tank. Exterior and interior changes were minimal, with a considerably smaller steering wheel and two additional ventilation outlets added to the fascia mildly modernizing the look up front. The paint on this Silver Spur is still the original dark blue from Rolls Royce and is in great condition. The interior is a Walnut color dash woodgrain with tan leather has been keep show quality. From 1990-1993 Rolls Royce only built 1658 Silver Spur II models. This Silver Spur comes with the original owner s manuals and window sticker which had a MSRP of $154,700. The car is numbers matching and original with just over 78k actual miles on the 6.75 Liter V8 engine. Since the car was very well maintained it will start right up and idle how it did when it was new. The ride and drive of this Rolls Royce would make you think its 25 years newer than it is. 1990 Rolls-Royce Flying Spur, fun car, eye catching red Rolls Royce Silver Spur II that runs well. Health issues forcing me to get rid of all the toys and projects. Mechanically perfect, strong engine, transmission and suspension. $11k spent recently on brake overhaul, blower motor, hydraulic shocks, fuel distributor, EHA valve, coolant sender, new battery and isolator switch. Great straight body, no evidence of accidents, no rust, perfect chrome, paint looks good but is an older job with minor bubbling, a bit of crazy paving and some small scratches. Interior is lovely with perfect cream leather and red piping, all wood trim and dash in excellent shape. Doors, windows, locks all work. Most gauges work but speedo and a small instrument panel need some TLC. AC works fine. Original radio gone and a nasty piece of modern junk was installed. Clean title and recently passed state inspection.
