Elegantly expressive, this is a RARE 1987 Porsche 911 Coupe that has 500 miles since engine professionally built and upgraded. This is one of the finest examples of an Outlaw 911 that you may find. This is an Outlaw car and is NOT 100% stock. Those looking for an original 911 this is not your machine. This car is better than stock in many, many ways and can be used on a daily basis, or as a show car. This showroom condition vehicle has never raced nor tracked. It has been treated as such. The paintwork on the car is immaculate. It has ALWAYS been professionally detailed and cared for. The vehicle has been owned by me for 17 years and all upgrades to the car have been under my supervision. The car has been garage kept for 17 years and is meticulously maintained. The car has a long list of upgrades that include the motor, turbos, exhaust, elephant racing suspension, custom coilovers, TechArt 20 inch wheels, Brembo large brake upgrade, G50, dual fan oil cooling, huge upgraded condenser for AC, new compressor, Brand new Michelin Pilot Sport tires, and etc. The car makes 600 hp via twin turbos with a professional setup from Prototech. The car has just received the 500 mile break in tune-up, oil change, and valve adjustment and runs perfectly. Any documentation about any upgrades can be provided. I absolutely love this vehicle but it’s time to get it to a new home. Title is in hand. This is a no excuses vehicle. Please call if you have any questions.

To Be OFFERED AT AUCTION WITHOUT RESERVE at RM Sothebys Arizona event, 17 - 18 January 2019. Estimate:$75,000 - $100,000 Offered from the Torque CollectionAn original and mechanically unmodified exampleOriginal numbers-matching drivetrainPorsche Certificate of AuthenticityThree owners from new; properly maintained and documented161,400 original miles; driven and enjoyed!Offered is an honest 930 Turbo that was purchased new at Brumos Porsche in Atlanta, Georgia, and spent most of its life in that state. It has been enjoyed and properly maintained over its 161,000-mile lifetime. Finished in Silver Metallic with rare Marine Blue leather, it was factory-equipped with all the bells and whistles that came standard on a 930, including a limited-slip differential, electric sunroof, power large bolster sports seats, window lifts, air-conditioning, stereo, alarm, headlamp washers, fog lamps, and a rear-window wiper. Its first owner, a retired grandmother and Porsche enthusiast, drove and maintained this 911 Turbo in perfect condition, using it as her daily driver. The polished wheels and stereo are the only deviations from stock. The original engine has been rebuilt twice, most recently by German Auto in Cumming, Georgia, at 156,000 miles. It included a new wastegate, new main and rod bearings, new valves and guides, and more, while the transaxle was rebuilt 8,000 miles ago and a new clutch installed. The exterior is very clean and above-average driver-quality with all factory-original panels and no evidence of accident repair. It is believed the hood, cowl, and roof have been repainted, however the paintwork is in excellent condition overall. There are a few chips and minor dings, apropos this car s age and mileage. The interior is likewise in excellent condition. The original Blaupunkt Reno radio has been replaced with a more modern unit. The a/c has been upgraded to R134A and blows cold.A large service and maintenance history with receipts for the engine and transaxle rebuild are included, along with a reproduction window sticker, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, original manuals, and tool kit. This car is very crisp and a blast to drive with a great exhaust note at full boost. Porsche 911 Turbos have always put a wide grin on their drivers faces this one is ready to do the same.To view this car and others currently consigned to this auction, please visit the RM website at rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/az19.
To Be OFFERED AT AUCTION WITHOUT RESERVE at RM Sothebys Arizona event, 17 - 18 January 2019. Estimate:$75,000 - $100,000 Offered from the Torque CollectionElegant triple black color schemeMaintenance and restoration invoices includedSupplied with its correct spare, inflator, tools, and jackPorsche Production Specifications certificateThe introduction of Porsche s Type 930 Turbo in 1975 brought technology developed for its racing cars into its showrooms. The new 911 Turbo 3.0 offered tremendous performance. With 260 hp giving a top speed approaching 160 mph, it was the fastest production car in the world, posing a direct challenge to the much costlier Ferraris and Lamborghinis of the day.The 930 Turbo was luxurious as well as quick, loaded with almost every option Porsche could think of, but it was still within the reach of many enthusiasts. With its widely flared fenders and rear quarters, oversized wheels, bigger brakes, stronger four-speed transmission, and a rear spoiler that birthed the nickname Whale Tail, the model became an icon. In 1980, the Turbo was withdrawn from the U.S. and Japanese markets because of increasingly restrictive emissions standards. The company hoped that its new front-engined V-8 928 would become the new top-of-the-line model, but when 928 sales failed to reach expectations and the Porsche faithful refused to let go of the six-cylinder 911, the Turbo was re-introduced to the U.S. and Japan in 1986.Turbos of any era remain highly desirable automobiles, offering astonishing performance in the hands of an experienced driver. Here is a very attractive 1987 911 Turbo coupe with just over 40,000 original miles, acquired by the current owner in January 2014. This car s previous owner exercised it for many years at club races. Following its purchase by the consignor, it was stripped and returned to stock configuration, using stock/OEM parts with a few alterations, such as installation of larger-diameter Fuchs wheels. The restoration included a full windows-out repaint and installation of a new leather interior and a new headliner. At this time, it also benefitted from all-new rubber body seals. The original Type 930/68 engine was replaced with a series-correct power unit at approximately 38,000 miles.A folio of maintenance and recent restoration receipts are included with the car, and it is supplied with its correct spare wheel, tool kit, jack, and spare inflation kit. The car was fully serviced in the fall of 2018, at which time a new battery was installed. This Turbo offers looks and performance in a single package. To view this car and others currently consigned to this auction, please visit the RM website at rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/az19.

Low mileage Very original configuration Locking differential Sunroof The Porsche 911 Turbo, also known as the 930, was introduced in 1975 and it was an immediate sensation. The new Supercar was being unleashed right in the middle of an oil crisis. How could Porsche possibly sell them? It turned out the the exceptional performance blunted any resistance to fuel cost and the 911 Turbo became a roaring success. Porsche developed this car, like so many of their other performance cars, from their racing program. They were early adopters of turbocharging technology for racing applications and this trickled down to the street cars. In another example of Porsche using race-proven parts, the braking system for the 911 Turbo came directly from the all-conquering 917 race cars. These cars provide serious performance and are a blast to drive. Theyre not lacking in the looks dept either, with muscular fender flairs, a large rear spoiler, wide tires and Fuchs forged alloy wheels. This excellent example is finished in Black with Black leather and features a Blaupunkt Monterey radio, limited-slip differential, alarm system, and sunroof. Always lovingly maintained, this road rocket is ready to provide years of thrills. Trades welcome. Financing available. Worldwide shipping accommodated. 1987 Porsche 911 Cabriolet Is there any sports car manufacturer thats remained truer to its heritage than Porsche? The folks in Stuttgart have single-handedly built an 86-year legacy out of performance-minded engineering, while designing some of the most endearing cars ever produced. And today, as one of the most well-respected automakers on the planet, the brand enjoys a tremendous following. What do you do when you find out your Porsche factory Turbo Look Cabriolet doesnt quite have the power and performance you expected? You build your own rendition of a fire breathing Turbo Cabriolet! Exterior Porsche Silver metallic covers the almost perfect exterior of this car and has been meticulously pampered and protected since it rolled off Porsches Zuffenhausen assembly line. That bodys professionally finished surfaces are straight, solid and still possess every bit of the drama and tension Ferdinand Butzi Porsches original design inspired. Fit and finish are the typical, high quality stuff youd expect from a flagship automaker. A large whale tail spoiler adorns the rear engine compartment. 2-piece modular wheels are seen all around. Interior Inside this slick Carrera, its all about a symbiotic relationship between cutting edge European performance and traditional old world luxury. At the center of the car, leather-seats, which show some patina and wear, are covered in red. Power buttons are on the outside of each and offer a dizzying array of choices for your tailored comfort. In front of those seats is the standard Porsche dashboard in black. At the base of that dash, like-new carpet, which is protected by thick, PORSCHE branded floor mats, anchors a full-length console and aluminum-trimmed leather booted shifter. In front of the driver, a standard style steering wheel spins a colorful Porsche crest. And, throughout the inviting cockpit, youll find the usual assortment of luxury and convenience features that weve all come to expect in high-end automobiles. Drivetrain So where would you start but other than Protosport of Pompton Plains, New Jersey, the renowned Porsche engine builder and performance gurus of the German marque. A complete mechanical rebuild began in 1997 beginning with the installation of the Protomotive Stage 2 turbo, which gets a Garret turbo, larger intercooler, headers, fuel pressure regulator, software, racing clutch, boost control and gauges. At completion of the engine modifications, the horsepower was increased to 485, nearly twice the factory number. Undercarriage The upgrade did not stop at the power plant. In order to facilitate the added horsepower, the braking and handling also needed to be improved. Starting with larger multi piece wheels and tires, Red Lobster ventilated brakes added stopping power to the front while factory 930s were added to the back. This included all new stainless brake lines and all new wheel bearings. Strut brace and thicker roll bar and short shifter kit would complete the suspension upgrades. There is simply too much to list as to how this Porsche has transformed itself over the owners history with this beast. All comprehensive service records from either Protosport or Factory dealership receipts since 1993 come with the car as does the original window sticker, books and Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. Thousands upon thousands of dollars have been spent and documented on this German muscle car. Not for the meek at heart, this heavily modified, stock appearing Cabriolet is as at home on the track as it is for an enthusiastic drive through the countryside.

We purchased this scarlet beauty from a South Carolina farmer who bought it after being blown away by its powerful drive and its command over braking. He was enraptured with its mystifying physique and mastery of the roadways. It was driven minimally, and when the call to parenthood beckoned, he answered it dutifully by selling his prized machine to us. This 930 includes a gorgeous coat of Guards red paint with a sensuous crimson red interior that is accented with leatherette black belt lining (piping). Among its numerous amenities, it includes a Blaupunkt Reno radio, electric seats, a factory alarm system, velour front carpet, and LSD. We have all of the books and records pertaining to the car. With its iconic looks and breathtaking performance, the legendary Porsche 930 continues to inspire enthusiasts decades after its debut. Several versions of the 911 were factory-constructed, and the pinnacle was the 935 Le Mans-inspired Flachbau (Slantnose), a colossal $24,000 factory option. The aerodynamic sloped front fenders with functional hood vents, pop-up headlamps, wider rocker panels, and functional rear fender intakes delivered a lasting vision of supreme performance, which continues to influence contemporary Porsche design today. Options included electric sunroof, limited-slip differential, steering wheel with raised hub, beltline leather, black velour luggage compartment, and 930 Slantnose package. Today, this stunningly preserved and beautifully detailed original car reflects the remarkably low miles and fastidious care it has received since new. Accompanying the sale are the owner s manual, warranty book, Blaupunkt operation manual, tool roll, air compressor, jack, factory spare tire, manual sunroof crank, extra key, window sticker, Porsche COA, photo book, and recent service maintenance records.
