Rotisserie Restored AAR Cuda 340 Six Pack V8 4 Speed Broadcast Sheet /// If you want some truly exclusive muscle that does more than blister a straight line and under steer through corners, this awesome AAR Cuda is the fully documented, factory-correct gem youve been patiently waiting for! This spectacular pentastar rolls much nicer than when it left Chryslers Hamtramck assembly plant thanks to a detailed nut-and bolt rotisserie restoration. During that thorough rebuild, the cars tight body was stripped bare, massaged to form and thoroughly sanded into virtually flawless surfaces. And once those surfaces were completely clean and fully prepped, correct Rallye Red 2-stage was accented with correct strobe stripes and dressed in correct war paint. Pull the hood pins and youll find an original, 340 cubic inch LA V8 thats authenticated by a familiar 3577130TA casting number, a November (11) 24th (24), 1969 (69) casting date and a matching partial VIN. That high-winding small block churns power through an original A833 4-speed, which is authenticated by a March 18th, 1970 build stamp and matching partial VIN. The cars suspension has been fully rebuilt to include factory power steering and correct power front disc and rear drum brakes. As expected, those 11-inch, AAR-exclusive drums are accompanied by specially tuned shocks and re-cambered springs that tilt the car to accommodate its unique exhaust pipes. Hooking all that mechanical prowess to the pavement is freshly restored Rallye wheels, which spin E60-15 Goodyear Polyglas GTs in front of G60-15 Goodyear Polyglas GTs. And, between the cars solid-closing doors, youll find a correct interior thats functional, straightforward and very livable. In todays shaky economic climate, investing in something that makes you smile isnt a bad idea. Call, click or visit http://RKMotorsCharlotte.com for more information on this killer Cuda!

This is an extremely nice ground up restored AAR Cuda! It is powered by a correct non-matching numbers 340 Six Pack T/A motor mated to the correct 4-Speed heavy duty transmission with the factory Pistol Grip shifter. It is painted Moulin Rouge and has the factory blacked out fiberglass hood with hood pins. It has the correct side exit exhaust and AAR shadow side graphics. This AAR Cuda also came with power brakes, light package, high back bucket seats, rear deck lid spoiler, roof drip rail mouldings and a Music Master AM radio. This particular AAR Cuda is in the AAR Registry and was apparently, according to their information, originally an FK5 Burnt Orange car but there is no evidence anywhere on, in or under the car of that color. The trim tag matches the FM3 Moulin Rouge color of the car now but we are selling it as a color change. It is a very beautiful example that has graced our Museum for over a decade. It will make for a fun investment to enjoy right now!

Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to offer this heavy hitter, a 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda tribute located at our showroom in West Deptford, NJ! Shedding its Valiant roots, the Plymouth Barracuda entered the scene with a brand-new look in 1970. Featuring a radical restyling on the new E-Body platform, this car was ready to do battle against GM and Ford pony car contenders in performance and style. The challenging task of fitting Chrysler s 426 Hemi engine into the previous A-Body Barracudas was one of the main reasons a redesign of the car was necessary. The Hemi fit like a glove in the new E-Body thanks to the larger cowl structure and all was set to rock the muscle car world. This incredible Hemi Cuda tribute continues the legend from the powerplant to the paint! Nothing was left untouched during the extensive restoration by Clark Classic Restorations in Greenville, NC. While it started life as a 318 Barracuda, this car underwent an unparalleled transformation into the performance machine you see now. Utilizing original sheet metal, the body was mounted on a rotisserie where the real work began. A gorgeous coat of Lemon Twist Yellow paint was applied along with the sporty hockey-stripe bodyside stripes that accentuate the performance aspect of the Plymouth Cuda. The heart and soul of the car, the fully-built 426 CID V8 Hemi crate engine rumbles with authority through Mandrel bent exhaust and ceramic long tube headers. Linked to the powerplant is a Mancini Racing 727 automatic transmission that shifts beautifully thanks to an iconic pistol grip slap-stik shifter. Press on the gas to feel that familiar launch found only with a Big Block Mopar! That s a Mancini Racing Dana 60 9 rear with 3.54 gears! Additional performance features include Heavy Duty Dutchman 35 spline Axle, light weight driveshaft and 1350 Spicer U joints, Heidts Front End, Hemi K Member, Correct Hemi Leaf Springs, Powermaster Starter and Alternator, Adjustable Koni shocks, Track Style Front and Rear Brake Linings, Power Front Disc Brakes with slotted drilled rotors and so much more! Stroll to the inside of this gorgeous ride to reveal a crisp white leather interior that looks just as it did when it left the factory thanks to Legendary Auto Interiors . Take a seat in the comfortable buckets and blast that AM/FM Radio with 8 Track and MP3 input rebuilt by Ward s Classic Radio Repair ! Cruise with the matching white automatic convertible top down on those sunny days and relax knowing you are driving the coolest car of them all! Wrap your hands around the custom wood steering wheel and take note of the clean gauges including a fully-functioning clock. From the unique slotted courtesy lights to the seat belts redone by Ssnake-Oyl of Texas, the interior on this Cuda is off the hook! Simply stated, this Cuda is awesomeness in physical form. Just look at that Shaker Hood, a standard option with those who checked off the Hemi box when they sat with their Chrysler-Plymouth Dealer. This hood did more than just shake when the Hemi unleashed its fury, it allowed cooler, denser air to enter those twin carbs! The pice de rsistance is the set of 15x8 rallye wheels that convey the message that this car means business. The 1970 Hemi Cuda produced some of the most frightening quarter-mile times ever back in the day and it remains one of the most revered muscle cars ever made. Here s your chance to own one! This build was highly documented and was done right as anyone can see. With only 284 miles on the build, this car is ready to run! Give us a call today to make this beauty yours! For sale at Blackdog Performance Cars is a Galen V. Govier certified 1970 Plymouth Cuda AAR. This is a legit 340 SIX-PACK AAR Cuda as designated by the BS23 in the VIN and on the trim tag. Cuda AAR was one of the most radical Plymouths ever built and featured 3 2 BBL carburetors on top of the 340 CID small block V8 (earning the 340 SIX-PACK name), Rallye suspension, and side exit pipes. Only 2,724 AAR Cudas were built in 1970, making it a fairly rare car. This beautiful AAR Cuda is finished in Tor-Red. The fiberglass 'fresh air' hood is finished in matte black, along with the front and rear (duck wing) spoilers, tops of the front fenders, and the unmistakable strobe stripes running down each side. The black vinyl interior looks amazing paired with the woodgrain Rallye gauge cluster and classic Pistol-Grip shifter controlling the 4-speed manual transmission. This 1970 Plymouth Cuda AAR is all correct, down to the body matching the VIN and transmission, plate and fender tag being original/correct, and both primary and secondary body codes being original/correct. The 340 V8 is a date code correct engine, it was a warranty replacement, and is indicated in the Govier certification inspection. The door vin decal is correct, but is a reproduction. This is a show car that is ready for any national level showcase or high-end private collection, either way, you will not be disappointed. For more information and pictures visit www.BlackdogPerformanceCars.com or our showroom just north of Chicago in Lincolnshire, IL. Feel free to call (224-352-2535) or email CarSales@BlackdogSpeedShop.com with any questions you may have.

If you want a slick Cuda, now is probably the time to buy. They continue to accelerate in value, especially big block cars like this 1970 Plymouth Cuda are appreciating by leaps and bounds. With a classic high-performance look, gorgeous bright paint, and sparkling performance from a stout big block, this is one muscle car that truly delivers on the promises made by its awesome good looks. There’s a good argument to be made that this is the best-looking Mopar car ever made. The Chrysler engineers got it exactly right. This handsome FY4 Citron Mist Cuda appears to be wearing its original body panels, which in and of itself is a rather rare find. I, for one, am a fan of big block cars because of their superior and friendly road manners, and the look is identical from a distance. The bodywork is very nicely done with that bright paint calling out to anyone that its ready to rumble. Proper 383 hockey puck stripes were installed on the quarters, and I can guarantee that nothing rolling out of the Hamtramck facility in 1970 ever fit together this well. It isn’t perfect, but nobody’s going to complain about the way this Cuda looks. Chrome bumpers fore and aft give it a detailed look, and between the hood scoops and fog lamps under the front bumper, it’s an imposing sight. From any angle, this car looks elegant and fast just sitting still. The brand-new green interior is another place where taking their time scored the Mopar guys serious advantages. The high-back buckets are beautiful to look at and every bit as comfortable as they look and wear recent seat covers with correct patterns and materials. The original gauges are perfectly restored by auto instruments and look sporty in their individual round pods, and the wood grained wheel is really nice, even though it showing some age. The original Music Master AM unit I still have in storage, replaced by a newer digital AM/FM unit that sounds far better. The seats, carpets, door panels, and dash pad have all been replaced or restored in the not-too-distant past and remain in very good condition thanks to careful garage kept ownership. The trunk is correctly outfitted with a reproduction mat plus a space saver spare on its original wheel. The original numbers matching engine is a 383 cubic inch V8 linked to its numbers matching 3-speed automatic transmission. With a rebuild that includes a few upgrades, it has a surprising amount of power for a 383 big block and this car will be a handful for anything this side of a Hemi on the street. There’s an Edelbrock carburetor, dual snorkel air cleaner, and a along with an upgraded camshaft inside. The TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic transmission snaps off clean shifts and powers an 8.75-inch rear end with reasonable 3:55 Posi traction street gears inside. If you want a slick Cuda, now is probably the time to buy. They continue to accelerate in value, and even small block cars like this 1970 Plymouth Cuda 340 tribute are appreciating by leaps and bounds as the big block cars soar past six figures. With a classic high-performance look, gorgeous bright red paint, and sparkling performance from a stout small block, this is one muscle car that truly delivers on the promises made by its awesome good looks. Theres a good argument to be made that this is the best-looking pony car ever made. Even if youre a GM guy or a Mustang fan, you have to admit that after standing back and watching Ford and Chevy figure out the formula, the Chrysler engineers got it exactly right. This handsome FE5 Red (it was originally Burnt Orange) appears to be wearing its original quarter panels, which in and of itself is a rather rare find. I, for one, am a fan of small block cars because of their superior handling and friendly road manners, and the look is identical from a distance. The bodywork is very nicely done with that bright paint calling out to anyone that its ready to rumble. Proper 340 billboards were installed on the quarters, and I can guarantee that nothing rolling out of the Hamtramck facility in 1970 ever fit together this well. It isnt perfect, but nobodys going to complain about the way this one looks. Chrome bumpers fore and aft give it a detailed look, and between the hood scoops and fog lamps under the front bumper, its an imposing sight. From any angle, this car looks fast just sitting still. The black interior is another place where taking their time scored the Mopar guys serious advantages. The high-back buckets are beautiful to look at and every bit as comfortable as they look and wear recent seat covers with correct patterns and materials. The original gauges look sporty in their individual round pods, and the woodgrained wheel is a nice find, even though its showing some age. The original Music Master AM unit is gone, replaced by a newer digital AM/FM unit that sounds far better. The seats, carpets, door panels, and dash pad have all been replaced or restored in the not-too-distant past and remain in very good condition thanks to careful ownership. The trunk is correctly outfitted with a reproduction mat plus a full-sized spare on a matching Rallye wheel. The engine is a 340 cubic inch V8 linked to a 3-speed automatic transmission (this was originally a 318 car). With a rebuild that includes a few upgrades, it has a surprising amount of power for a small block and this car will be a handful for anything this side of a Hemi on the street. Theres an Edelbrock carburetor, Spectre air cleaner, and a Mopar air gap intake manifold, along with an upgraded camshaft inside. Its very detailed with Hemi Orange paint on the engine itself, and those finned Mopar Performance valve covers add a performance look. The TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic transmission snaps off clean shifts and powers an 8.75-inch rear end with reasonable street gears inside. A rumbling dual exhaust system gives it that distinctive Mopar sound and correct Rallye wheels are surrounded by staggered 235/60/15 front and 275/60/15 rear performance radials. You chances to own one of these are getting smaller by the day and it would be a mistake to overlook the small block cars. As this one so ably proves, they can be quite nasty in their own right. Virtually any vintage Cuda offers plenty of awesomeness by virtue of its outstanding style and distinguished pedigree, but this 1970 Plymouth Cuda AAR takes things to an even higher level. This special edition muscle car is the street version of the All American Racers piloted by legendary drivers Swede Savage and Dan Gurney in the 1970 Trans-Am Series and not only wears its original colors both inside and out, but still carries its original powerful engine under its hood, fed by a signature MoPar fuel delivery system thats operating in top form. It will also roll into its next home with its factory build sheet on hand as proof of its authenticity. The code B51 Blue shade, ornamented by a matte-black hood and segmented stripes running the length of its sides, is the same color scheme this top tier Cuda rolled off line with nearly a half century ago and it presents very well, even at close range and the black hood is a work of art all by itself. A lap around the car will reveal its precise body panel alignment: the hood, doors and deck lid all feature nice even gaps, and the black vinyl roof is very clean and well-fitted. The front grille has a very fresh appearance and the placement of a pair of crystal clear fog lights over the front air dam makes for a very striking look. This is a very sharp, well-restored classic. Theres a great looking vinyl interior inside the doors. From all appearances, there hasnt been much activity going in and out of the cabin, so the surfaces of the front buckets and rear bench seat seem pretty much just as they did following their installation. The clean black carpeting lining the floor features a pair of floormats up front branded with blue Cuda lettering to offer a great contrast. Just behind the stock steering wheel, the instrument cluster looks exceptionally fresh and the trunk area shows the same attention to detail as the rest of the car and you can see from its exposed inner wheelhouses that it was well-prepped before being painted to match the exterior. The original 340 cubic inch V8 still sits under the hood in a very clean engine bay, wearing its properly badged orange air cleaner and surrounded by inner fenders and a firewall painted to match the cars exterior. The engine is fed by a signature MoPar fuel delivery system of the era - the Six Pack - made up of a trio of 2 barrel carbs. This configuration helped power some of their most memorable cars of the era and its in very good form here - this classic Plymouth fires up quickly and runs smoothly, teaming with a 3-speed automatic TCI A727 transmission to make up a rock solid drivetrain. The undercarriage has been coated for protection from the elements and features recently replaced bushings and shocks to up ride quality. Power steering makes for easy navigation and four wheel power brakes that include discs up front bring things to a prompt, low-effort stop as needed as this very special Plymouth cruises on its set of 15 stock wheels outfitted with BF Goodrich T/A radials. If youre looking for an unusually well-restored classic Plymouth muscle car, you have to put this 1970 Plymouth Cuda AAR on your must see list. Call today!
