1965 Plymouth Barracuda. Its an ideal car for someone wanting to jump in drive it away, have a lot of fun and attention plus it does well at shows. Lime green, black interior, new tires, extra set of 60s for rear and matches the rims, 340/360, automatic, HP cam, edelbrock, have the paper work on the entire build sheet, all glass good and gauges, rides and handles nice, a lot more to list but its just a fun car to drive and ready go. In the pics some seemed a yellowish but its the lime MOPAR green and shows up nice in the engine compartment pic. but for a few early signs of a bubble, tiny wee ones which in the gulf coast area thats normal, and still won 2nd at the MOPAR show this year...
1965 Plymouth Barracuda. This is an absolutely solid and rust free mopar, every floor pan body panel and frame are all and in excellent condition. It will require some body work on the passenger quarter it does not need to be replaced just massaged. It still has the original paint not even primered so you can see it has nothing to hide. It is ready for daily driver duty now. Everything mechanical has been gone through. New brakes all around including the master cylinder, radiator rodded and cleaned, new water pump, new remanufactured carburetor, plugs, wires and points, fresh oil and filter, and new fluid and filter in the transmission. It starts runs and drives great, it has one of Mopars best engines the 225 slant six. Suspension and steering are all very smooth, brakes are manual but work great. It needs bodywork and paint and seats, carpet and door panels. the headliner is excellent, it will also need a new front windshield, but all the rest of the glass and the huge back window are in great shape. It will need new keyed door lock cylinders but it has has every piece of trim still on it and in great shape. Also have original underdash a/c for it as well as extra k member and original air cleaner. Title is clean in my name and notarized.
This daily driver is a real head turner. Get used to appreciative honks and thumbs up when you stop at intersections. You won't get out of the grocery store parking lot without someone coming up to you and asking you about your car. Has header-type exhaust for that rumble sound. Air shocks jack up the back for the right amount of attitude. Tuck-and-roll upholstery on the dash. Front seats recently reupholstered. Hurst ratchet shifter. Cragar Mags. Priced to sell at $11,600.
