Mr. Herbst was collecting signs & advertising long before it was cool! While a portion of his collection was displayed every year at the Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion in Rollag, MN; his best pieces were tucked away at his home!
Saturday’s Auction will include:
250+ Original Porcelain & Tin Signs—Large & Small—mint originals to barn hangers! Several very rare pieces we have never seen or sold before! Gas, Oil, Automobile, Farm, Tire, Spark Plug & more!
4 Original Gas Pumps—2 10-gallon Visible Pumps & 2 Electric Pumps—all to restore
25+ Original Gas Globes—Featuring several different Tydol & Skelly Globes!
Oil Cans including rare Midwest Cans, Early Cans, & unique cans plus Oil Bottles & Racks
Plus, Clocks, Posters, Counter Displays, Racks, Banners, & other Gas Station & Automobilia!
